This place is a scam. They are misleading in their checkout and there is no way to actually talk to a person at this company. They literally charge and ghost and when you call or do the online chat, its just automated messages that put you on a loop and their emails are unmonitored. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I ended up being charged $150 more than I expected. They are super misleading and they charge an EXOBERANT "service fee" hidden in the pricing which is ironic since they provide no service at all when you want to try to talk to a person. TOTAL RIP OFF! Bought 3 tickets, Never Got ANY tickets! Spent 3 hours total on phone, in a nutshell they SAID they were sent to my email 1 hour prior to the game, which I never received. Thus my fault. DO NOT USE. I would have been happier if my first contact after purchasing the tickets the person was honest and just laughed at me and said "YOU JUST GOT SCAMMED" and hung up. I immediately called the customer service and explained what happened, and tried to cancel. They refused- said the tickets were nonrefundable. This company should be taken down! This company has the worst customer service and the most infuriating phone tree of any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered tickets to a spring training game for Baltimore vs Detroit in January and because of to the strike it was changed to Baltimore vs New York in March which being a Detroit fan I had no interest in seeing and was not what I ordered. Used their live chat and was told they were waiting to see what the MLB was going to do as far as refunds and to call back. Second time live chat was told that I would have to resell the ticket which I wasn't going to get until the day before the event so good luck with that. Finally talked to one of their representatives and was told they are a reseller and can't give refund even thought this was not the event I ordered back in January.

This company is a total rip off. They stole $200 in tickets as the event was canceled due to COVID and never rescheduled. They will not answer calls or emails. My parents bought tickets from tickets.com to a concert scheduled for 10/24/21 to be picked up at will call. My father tried to call the number on the website in August to see if e tickets could be sent instead. He was never able to get anyone to answer his calls. When they arrived to the venue, there were no tickets waiting for them. The venue told them they were scammed. They paid $250 for two tickets plus handling fee.

Bought tickets a month before an event. With a few days to go and no tickets, i spoke to someone who said the tickets would be emailed the next day. They never came. The day before the event I called back and they said they were coming the next day. The morning of the event, still no tickets. I asked for a refund and they said they would have to investigate the sale. They took my money, never sent tickets, and are keeping the money. Pretty sweet business plan; we take your money and give you nothing in return.

Worthless customer service
Can I give 0 stars? Essentially their customer service was unavailable on a weekend (which seems illogical for an events ticket sales company) and was thus absolutely worthless. I bought tickets for the Hella Mega tour in Chicago in 2019, I have the transaction on my bank statement which includes the tickets.com number. I couldn't find the email with the original order number and tickets link and hadn't received any updates except by the venue itself to tell me tickets purchased through the venue (and hence tickets.com) would be honored. I go to find the email the night before the event - a Saturday (I had been traveling for work for the week prior up until Saturday night without a lot of downtime to check on this/didn't think I needed to). I called Wrigley field (the venue) on Sunday (morning of show) at 9 am when they were supposed to open and was transferred to the tickets.com line that said "our office is closed. Hours are 9am to midnight EST. goodbye." It was 9:06 am CT so 10:06 am EST. They did not mention being closed on weekends on the message. Then tried their automated resend service directly and they couldn't find my phone number associated with the order. And there were no other options for finding your order (like maybe an email address??? credit card number???)) annnnnd when you elected to speak to a representative - I got the same we're closed message that I received before. Absolutely worthless. If you are going to operate a ticket-sales company, you should be available 7 days a week as the events happen 7 days per week. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has ever had email trouble and would really like to be compensated since I had to way of getting help for tickets I had already purchased.
Bad. Overcharged for tickets
We wound up buying tickets for a show a month early and not long after tickets.com started charging less than a third of the price for the same tickets. They refused to help with their customer service line which sometimes didn’t even work during their business hours. After being on hold for 50 minutes they simply told me that there is no refunds or exchanges for my problems.

I tried calling them totally impossible to get someone on the phone. I don’t want a store credit I want my money. Only if i researched this company first awful reviews. Booked tickets in Detroit for Hella Mega August 19th 2020. Cancelled due to covid and we received an e-mail saying that once the event is resceduled WE WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AND HAVE 60 DAYS TO REQUEST A REFUND. Well, we didn't receive that e-mail and contacted them recently about a refund. They stated no refund is being offered since we didn't request it within 60 days once the new date was scheduled.

I purchased tickets to a game but shortly after processing the order a half an hour later attempted to change the date to another game. I was told the tickets were already reserved from the seller and a change was not possible. I find this astonishing as I booked the game late in the evening.
Now they do not support the venue or team I booked the tickets for and told me to bad, book something else. I will never book any event through them again.
