Very worst hotel reservation experience. Using this company we booked a 2 night stay at Sheraton Gateway hotel in Los angeles .Tickets at work sent a booking reference with confirmation. When we arrived at hotel the booking didnt exist at hotel. We ended up making a new booking in same hotel paying again.After reaching out for teamsatwork for nearly 2 months now no refund and resolution is made. They are hopeless in responding or understanding the issue.Never ever use this company again

TicketsatWork has stolen my money! I purchased tickets to see the Broadway show Gypsy starring Audra McDonald. On the date of the show, Ms. McDonald was not there to perform so the box office refunded the money to TicketsatWork, but TicketsatWork has refused to refund that money to me! I have contacted TicketsatWork to request the refund and their response is that they are not obligated to provide a refund since their website says no refunds. I wouldn’t have asked for a refund if TicketsatWork hadn’t already received these funds. Now TicketsatWork has been paid twice for a show that I never saw and that is unfair and unscrupulous and bad business practice. I will NEVER use this business again and I recommend against anyone using them unless you want to be ripped off too.
On November 4th, TicketsatWork responded that the Box Office refunded my money. That is not true. The Box Office refunded the MC credit card used by TicketsatWork to buy the tickets, not my credit card (I don’t own a MC credit card). That is why I am so furious at TicketsatWork. TicketsatWork received a refund but refuses to pass along that refund to me. TicketsatWork needs to go back and look into this. Whomever originally reviewed my request got it wrong. I am looking for TicketsatWork to fix their mistake and pass along to me the refund THEY received from the Box Office. If they are interested in making this right, TicketsatWork should call me and correct this mistake.

Do not use this site!! I tried to buy concert tickets in November 2024 for a show in August, but there was a website error that kept telling me my order could not be confirmed and to try again. The order finally processed on my third attempt. It wasn't until afterwards that I was notified that all three orders went through. I contacted support immediately and was denied a refund. I should have been refunded for the two additional orders immediately because this was entirely the fault of the site. I was charged over $1600 on tickets when I had only budgeted for $500, causing issues with my credit card.
I have reached out to support multiple times requesting a refund. Half the time I received no response, but their latest response is that all sales are final. This is unacceptable. I'm starting to think this must be a scam and that the site is designed to create these errors and confuse people into placing multiple 'nonrefundable' orders.
I still need a refund for order 54838294, which should have been cancelled when I first contacted support about the error a year ago. I do not recommend this site, go to a real company.

I needed to book 3 different rooms with different dates and wanted to pay for them altogether, but I could only find 2 of the rooms I needed and I also had to book at 2 different Hotels. In addition it was for a non-profit and there is nowhere to take of the tax with entering your Tax ID #.

Back in June 2025, I made a car rental reservation via ticketsatwork.com - when I arrived at their partner car rental agency, I was not given a car, through no fault of my own.
They still charged me.
I have been in constant email and phone communication with them, I have jumped through every requirement they've asked for. Including getting the car rental manager to send me written authorization that he in fact did not rent me a car and that I shouldbe getting a refund. And now for the last four weeks, they don’t even return my emails.

A discount wasn't applied. I paid more than what the original vendor/venue is charging! Also, it didn't show the different prices (the original price & the discounted price)! It was VERY misleading! I would like a refund and/or credit please!

We made a hotel reservation for an anniversary vacation, Tickets at Work cancelled the original reservation stating the partner would not honor the price ($1586.60). The next day we remade the reservation and it was verified, at a higher price ($1810.64), still at a discount from anything else we could find.
We arrived and had a great time for vacation, the issue arose when we got the bill from the Hotel. The Hotel charge was less than both numbers above ($1479.48).
When we finally got home a week later, I called Tickets at Work to as about a refund of the difference. The operator I talked to first said it was a difference in fees, then he said it was a difference in taxes. It took over an hour to get a ticket opened to have the issue looked at (Ticket 7027692).
I provided an actual copy of the hotel bill to Tickets at Work for the ticket. Tonight I get an e-mail that says that the ticket is closed because the hotel refused the refund.
Why should the hotel be asked to provide the refund when Tickets at Work made the overcharge of $331.15?
I have called to have the ticket reopened, but I am not hopeful at all that this will be refunded.

I initially had a room in my cart with a price of $110 it said with all fees, went to complete my booking with Paypal and it said that there was a price discrepancy to remove the item and try again. I did so and it seemed the price had gone up to $120 in less than a few minutes. So, I exited the site and went back in the price was again $110. I booked it but it was so confusing. I've never had an issue when booking anything on this site. Always

Overall, a great experience! We booked a hotel through TicketsatWork and received a 20% discount, which was an excellent deal. The only hiccup was that although four room options appeared to be available, the site only allowed booking for rooms at the lowest price shown on the main page. Because of that, I wasn’t able to reserve the exact room I wanted, even though it would have cost just a few dollars more.

The site does not accept a master card credit card all the time. Very annoying as I have to use a debit card to book my hotel. This has happened more than once.
