Such a glitchy poor product. OK I get it if there's the odd glitch on occasion, but to have the product go wrong approx 40 -50 % of the time is unacceptable. All sorts of things go wrong, but mos... See more

Horrendous

Horrendous, hate these things. We had Voi scooters in Bristol before these and they worked so much better. out of convenience, sometimes I need to the tier but there is ALWAYS an issue. For the amount hey charge. You can never park them, even if you line them up EXACTLY with the parking spot the you can't end the ride and then you spend 20 minutes on hold listening to a message that doesn't make sense but has some incomprehensible instruction for another way to contact them. For a 10 minute journey, 39 minutes ify time is taken trying to make sure I do t get charged for what I haven't used. Avoid!

"After my daughter used her credit card in Berlin, it was hacked, and unauthorized charges kept appearing on her account. We had to contact our bank to stop it. Be cautious when using your card!"

Very poor service in Berlin

Very poor service in Berlin, we tried to travel and the app requested more money despite having a valid 3 day pass plus additional balance in the tier wallet. When I discussed with customer service he was happy to delete my account and now I am awaiting refunds. Really poor

Wish i could give a 0*

Wish i could give a 0*.
First scooter didnt work (tier team we helpful enough to cancel the payment and give me 20% off). Tried again and couldn’t park (three different areas were full which meant we had to park miles away from where we wanted to go), third time my partners app wasn’t loading so i tied to cancel the ride, had not moved but the app said the parking spot was full?????? and charged me £1.50 for not moving :)

Zero customer service

Zero customer service, nobody replies, they ignore my messages also directly written via their help center.

They overcharge for services, more then their daily limits.

Avoid!

Absurd Service

This company is becoming increasingly unhinged about how they manage their vehicles. Until 2 weeks ago, they allowed users to end their rides if there was a problem with the vehicle or the parking space was full. Now, you have to speak to a chat assistant every time. What's more, the chat assistants now lie, and pretend they cannot end your ride for you (as if they somehow wouldn't have any control over their vehicles anyway!) to try and coerce you to e.g. go to a different parking spot which may also be miles away, as all the others (usually only about 5 vehicles though) say they're full. That is not only against the princples of urban mobility, but also terrible service, especially when they no longer seem to evenly distribute working vehicles around the city anyway, often requiring a sizeable walk from where I live to even be able to find a working scooter or bike in the first place.

Terrible app and company

Doesn't let me validate my license I get to taking a selfie and it stalls as they have a monopoly in bristol i now just can't use the scooters. This problem is now 9 months old and still not fixed which shows that the company does not care. Voi was 100% better. I hope bristol council revokes there license at the next opportunity.

No parking, bad customer service.

The idea is good, the customer service is rubbish. They made me wait 46 minutes to get a reply on their app, to which I was charged every second. I tried to call, but also waited for another 15min without anyone picking my call. Parking is always the problem. Be aware. I do not recommend.

Awful. Unable to park.

Awful. Spent 65 minutes travelling round attempting to park. Every parking spot was stated as full by the app despite the space very obviously not full.

Steer clear of Tier

This has to be the worst company to ever rent ev kit. Parking is horrendous. Customer service is horrendous. Scooters just stop in the middle of a busy street.

I wish bristol would bring back voi.

MORE PROBLEMS

Having posted 48 hours ago after multiple poor / dangerous rides, I took a Tier the following morning and lost power 5 x times on my journey - including on a roundabout. This a fantastic and necessary idea for city centres but they are just too dangerous to ride if you can't have confidence the power units are reliable.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Well how to start, first of all their app was crashing all the time, the bikes were uncapable to be found since the map was showing 6 bikes / scooters on top of each other, make me pause my bike to be able to help my partner to find and unlock her own, the app crash everytime we were attempting to pay ( apple ) on my phone ( android ) was not showing any parking area, what made us stop as search for help from other people around, in the end we had to drive for 10 min to find the nearest park and then walk for 25min to our car, and see that we got charged more then a monthly fee, attempting to contact the customer service this ones decide to put the blame in our both phones, no support at all in the end, both of us with a charge of £14 and a prove to never ever use your services again, and will make sure more people will not get scammed too

Dont waste your time

I didn't even get past the sign up.I smelt a rat with the card payment dialogue and the helpline was useless.
I read the trustpilot reviews and decided I'd dodge the bullet and uninstall their rotten app.
It's back to my own e bike and
bus pass.

Just finished my ride. Horrible, very disappointed! Why the hell at parking area with Just 1 scooter the app says that is full??? So I ended up paying double that I was supposed to, missing my bus to work and make me walk back to the bus stop! Horrible experience!

It’s rare that I have a tier ride without problems

It’s rare that I have a tier ride without some sort of problem. GPS is out so suddenly going very slow on a main road which is downright dangerous. App is so slow and buggy and I’m constantly waiting and so being overcharged for rides. It’s a mess I have to be honest. Please bring back voi to Bristol. Also no nav on the app which voi had sorted. Gone from being super convenient in Bristol to a real pain.
