This is my first time of ordering from this company and I don't think I will be doing so again. The state of the packaging left much to be desired. The boxes arrived partially squashed and half open. The masks were creased and some were actually smudged like they had been used.

I take back everything I said in my initial reveiew and now award them 5 star excellent! The staff have been so helpful and 3 new lids arrived very promptly. I will be happy to deal with this co.again
The water butts were delivered on Thursday 30th September two days after I had ordered them which was very efficient and pleasing.
I ordered three 350 litre water butts which were stacked in each other. One lid was crammed inside the top butt, which distorted it The other two lids had been placed on the top of the top butt and secured to it by plastic and sticky tape which had been wrapped over the lids and down the sides so tightly that their edges were hanging over the sides and consequently were completely distorted.
We unpacked them carefully and have tried each lid on each water butt but the distorted top of the butts and the distorted shape of all three lids mean that no lid will fit any of the water butts.
I tried to send an email to the address on the delivery note but the message was blocked. I telephoned the company and was given a new address and as of today (5th October) I have not had any acknowledgement, apology or advice as to what they intend to do to provide me with replacement butts with child safe lockable lids as advertised.
