Expired face mask
Ordered again few boxes of face masks with prompt delivery, having ordered from them before and had no issues whatsoever. However, been sent items this time with all of them being out of date. Hate to think that they would be passing off merchandise even if they are past the sell by date in the hopes customers won’t notice or make a fuss.
Currently awaiting response to the complaint. May update rating depending on how they would handle my email to them.

I am sorry that you have received out of date masks, this definitely should not have happened, we were made aware that our supplier had sent us some that are out of date, and these were all put in quarantine, so I will be investigating how this stock was available for picking.
I have also checked that our customer service team have you query who will be in touch to organise replacements.

wheel barrow damaged.
The wheel barrow carrying platform is damaged- dented and paint flaked off. Where the frame rests on the ground is badly scraped. This barrow has been used before. It came promptly on my wife's birthday. This is a disappointment but I don't want the hastle of returning it.
I recently bought a larger 120L wheel barrow from Tiger - it was excellent- so why this?

Product good. Paid for next day delivery but problem meant item not dispatched in time so was received following day. Now having to work at weekend.

Paid for guaranteed next day delivery and the items did not arrive the next day. Once items arrived 5 of the feet were no longer attached to the barriers and one of the barriers is split along the top. Not what I was expecting from brand new items
