The ordering process seemed easy enough. We received the safe and the white glove setup was great. I must have made a mistake because I did not receive the tactical or gun version of the safe that I thought I ordered. I got the one with the hooks. I like the safe, so I’ll work with it.

Not built to last a year or two even
I ordered my first safe in April 2024. I have the non fire safe one with the square little knob handle. The knob completely cracked internally within 8 months. So, they sent me a new one in January 2025. Fast forward to now May 2026, 16 months after getting the replacement, I am having the same issues again, problems opening the safe. The safe says open but it is not and because it says open, you turn the knob which doesn’t turn, I think the knob components are pretty bad, ie cheap, poor build quality, so they just crack/strip internally with normal use plus take a hit when the internally lock thinks it is open but isn’t. Your stuff is stuck inside, until it finally open. The locking mechanism component problems are major. Now, I am out of warranty which is only one year for normal use. :/ I paid like $2000 for this thing, which is decent money for something that is built so poorly and not meant to last.

The safe is exactly what we wanted. The only knock is that the delivery was delayed, and it took some follow-up to track it down and get it here. Once here the delivery guys did a good job.

Problem resolved
We were able to come to a satisfactory resolution to our problem. Customer service was great to work with. I assume the safe would be good, if it hadn’t been damaged in transit. One star off for shipping company damaging the product. This once again is a problem with the shipping company, not the company that made the product or the product itself. I would order again from Tigerking.

Good solid safe
Ordering was easy, and the safe arrived pretty quickly. It was well packaged. The bottom had a protruding dent, which would scratch a surface if slide on it. The stick on feet would protect surfaces when sitting still, but are not strong enough for sliding such a heavy safe. You'd need screw on rubber feet. There are no holes for mounting the safe. The online warrantee is only available if ordered from Amazon. The electronic keypad and emergency keys worked fine. Pretty solid construction. I saw no mention of drop height survival, for if the dwelling burns down and the safe falls through floors.

This is my second safe
This is my second safe. Its great for storing my coin collection. Good quality. Very reasonable prices shipped fast. Only 1 thing is when Amazon ships it I ended up with 2 large pallets. First safe i bought from Tigerking used FedEx he took them with him. Very satisfied with the safes.
