Nice staff and service top tiles offered me ceramic tile and tiles diy offer porcelain tiles for floor. i asked my builder he said only porcelain tile good for floor this is what i,ve been told in tiles diy Chingford and prices are amazing £8.99m2 inc vat for metro is best price i found in London

Great service from the guys in the Chingford Branch. Needed my tiles delivered urgently. Karol was very helpful in arranging for my tiles to be delivered on the same day I ordered them.

Really helpful and Jamie went out of his way as we caught him late in the day , he stayed open an extra 15 minutes to let us look around . We came but the next day and bought some really nice tiles from him . I would highly recommend for service and quality .

My whole tile buying experience was made very easy by the guys in the Tunbridge Wells store. The first time I visited the store, Liam was very helpful and pleasant. Then every subsequent visit, the other employees were patient but attentive. The tiles chosen, work perfectly in our space and the guys helped me to create my ‘vision’ by listening and suggesting.

The staff in the Tunbridge Wells Store are so helpful and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

good service.. on time delivery

I paid for 9 boxes of tiles.
4 boxes were delivered to my builder in torn boxes. The courier insists that he delivered 9.
The tilers could not do my bathroom because of this.
I have to wait for an investigation?? In the meantime I’m not getting my money back and I need new tiles
This is unacceptable!!!

Good choice of tiles, great advice, helpful and really handy to be able to get free full size samples to compare tiles at home.
