Very fast delivery and easy to order
Very fast delivery and easy to order, however, the tile we received did not look anything like the picture. The picture said it was dark grey but the tile was not dark grey at all - it looked more brown/ washed out to me. Also, the tile we received was slightly damaged.

Our standard service is Next day which is free of charge on orders over £150, you can also select a delivery date at the checkout which includes AM and Saturday's services. With regards to the cost this calculated on the weight of the order and is only charged at the amount our carriers charge us.
Unfortunately because we have no order number or customer name it's not possible for us to look into the exact details of your order and the amount that you've been charge. Great prices. Fast delivery.
Placed additional order and wrong goods were dispatched. I contacted them and within half hour the correct tiles were being dispatched for next day delivery with no extra cost to me.
Even factoring in delivery charges the saving compared to large name diy stores was unbelievable. Would defo recommend Tile Trader

As per the delivery information on our site, which states 'For delivery charges to the following areas, North Scotland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands (Including Isle Of Wight), Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Eire and Europe please contact our customer services on 0800 783 3183. Because you wanted your order delivering to Northern Ireland unfortunately the standard delivery charges don't apply.
I am sorry that you had to cancel your order because you weren't willing to pay the additional charge for delivery to Northern Ireland and we couldn't deliver you the tiles you ordered.
We are currently in the process of switching our delivery calculation system over to a postcode based one so that confusion over delivery charges such as this don't happen again.
