My new front door experience
The door looks good and well made. The purchase process, on line/by phone was excellent. The guy who fitted the door was skilled, efficient and very tidy. I’m pleased I decided not to fit the door myself, he did an excellent job.

A beautiful stable door
So pleased with my gorgeous stable door. Visitors are also admiring It. It looks and feels very high quality and I am reassured by the additional safety locks and hinges. Just need to save up for my front door now😄

TBH I was nervous about using an 'online' company for such a big purchase despite the great price they quoted. However, I spoke to their customer support team twice, and on both occasions their advice and guidance was excellent - they clearly know their product well. The survey was also very good and enabled me to tweak my order. The fitters were excellent and the door looks AMAZING! A very smooth and quick process from end to end. Recommended 100%.

Very Efficient and tidy
Very Efficient and responsive customer service. I was kept informed during the purchasing procedures, sometimes I was kept reminding of making decision. On the date of installation, the installer was professional and kept all things tidy and cleaned up of wastes. The only thing I think that can be better done is : an offer of £50 discount was said to apply but I cannot see the break down shown in the total payment.

Excellent service from start to finish…
Excellent service from start to finish with Timber Composite Doors. After completing an online quote I was impressed by the help and advice I received from Nick on the phone, who helped me choose the right Comp Door option. Booking in the survey visit was easy, and once completed, my new front door was fitted less than 3 weeks later. The installation team, Matt and James, did a great job and I'm really pleased with the end result. Very competitive price too. Every step of the process was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company!
