Great service from beginning to end.
Great service from beginning to end. I started with a design-your-own door & quote from the website. We wasn't in a position to order straight away and wasn't bombarded with calls like some other companies. When we were ready I called the main office and was offered a free colour sample, as I had RAL colour questions. From this we decided to proceed. The whole ordering system, booking of the survey with Martindales (associates of Timber composite doors) was clear and straight forward and the final installation came much sooner than the quoted manufacturing time. Very pleased with the final door, transforms the front of our house. Many thanks.

quality of product & service
quality of product and good prompt installation is what i have experienced plus excellent customer service where i started by having quotes on two different types of doors. i have opted for one stable door with a vibrant colour and i wasnt disappointed as i was sent a sample of colours available and a discount offer which came out handy. also the online communication form was good option to have.
overall it was excellent service from start to finish and the stable door is solid and colourful as i wanted offering very high security for years to come.

Great robust door but vague fitting instructions
Not fitted yet but the door is seriously strong. I give it 4 stars as I'm fitting it myself and felt the instructions are vague and certainly don't explain how to fix the side panels to the door frame.

Excellent interactive ordering system with pics generated for chosen doir, furniture, colour etc.wanted installed so agents measured door gap,.photos, order produced within weeks and fitted by agents to perfection. Cost £2k, delighted with whole experience, will order new front door from Timber Composite Doors.

Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish.
We had a strange sized door and the team spoke to our builder and made a bespoke door size at no extra cost, and it was delivered in 10 days.
The door looks amazing and the team were so helpful, from ordering to delivery.
Would 100% reccomend and use again.
