did not get what I ordered

I was missing items in my order, contacted the restaurant and the supervisor over the phone said that I could go back to the store to get the items that were missing replaced. I went back to the store and spoke with the same supervisor, the supervisor apologized and then told me they needed to talk to the manager. I waited about 10-14 minutes then had to ask an employee to let the supervisor know I was left waiting, the supervisor returned and told me that they could not find my order in their system and refused to follow through with what he said he would do earlier. I was furious, gave him a piece of my mind including telling him shame on him for wasting my time and treating a customer like that. I contacted Tim Horton's customer care over the phone and explained the situation, they told me they will stay in touch over the phone. What undue burden is this? Tim Horton's business practices in handling their mistakes and terrible customer service experiences is absolute trash. The customer care agent refused to take my address down for compensation for the experience. I resorted to leaving them a well deserved 1 out of 5 star trustpilot review. If I could give them 0 stars I would. At the time of writing this Tim Horton's Canada, USA and UK all have less than 3 star ratings from thousands of people.

Not a family restaurant.

The control of the 10365 111 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta location has been taken over by unpredictable vagrants, drug addicts, the mentally unstable, and other assorted miscreants.

Such social undesirables convert any clean table, booth, and other restaurant area they choose to contaminate into their sleeping or storage area where volumes of refuse accumulate.

Their erratic behavior, gutter language, foul and profane outbursts routinely upset customers, many who are scared away permanently.

Management absolutely refuses to EFFECTIVELY address this deplorable issue.

This location is DEFINITELY NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT.

All people of socially acceptable standards should avoid this location.

This review is based on many months of observation by a customer of many years.

Tim Horton's roll up is a gimmick

Tim Horton's roll up is a gimmick, they advertise that you can either roll up physically or win something using an app, how ever when you visit Tim Horton .they don't actually provide a roll up or points and the app doesn't offer any rewards either ,in fact only one in a thousands might receive a free doughnut or coffee, in third day of my visit cashier told me if you but large coffee ,you will receive a roll up cup of coffee

I particularly enjoy their flavored blends—especially the vanilla hazelnut. The aroma fills my kitchen, and the flavor is perfectly balanced; it’s not overly sweet, which I appreciate.

What’s even more impressive is their commitment to innovation. Each seasonal blend introduces unique flavors that excite my palate. It’s like a little adventure in a cup! Plus, I love that they offer subscription services, ensuring I never run out. It’s a brand that truly understands the art of coffee-making.

Almost two weeks and tims supposed customer service still unable to solve but continuously send emails asking me to do steps yet their steps don’t work and customer service and the robot or their digital useless team don’t listen or can’t grasp the concept. I ordered take out breakfasts for guests two days apart and both orders were incomplete. I got no help from the store so have been calling corporate every 3 or 4 days for three weeks. Nobody has called or emailed in response to the issue, and the four different people I've spoken to have said they escalated my complaint. Finally, the store has resolved the issue but there is no accountability for stores or franchises. Disgusting customer service.

Been a long-time (25+ years) customer of Tim Hortons…coffee is very good!
However, customer service is severely lacking…indifference, attitude, long lines when staff don’t appear to be busy.
Cleanliness is also a serious issue…floor is dirty, garbage bins overflowing, tables messy.
Fell seriously ill (food poisoning) after eating a bagel at the Derry & Hwy 10 location about 4 years ago - November 2020. Ended up in the Hospital…after vomiting 🤮 violently and unable to stand/walk - a serious case of food poisoning.

Another unpleasant experience - 10/03/24.

Locations: Mavis & Hwy 401; Derry Road & Hwy # 10 in Mississauga, ON.

More care must be taken to oversee customer service & cleanliness at these locations. An eye should also be kept on The Central Parkway & Mavis location in Mississauga to ensure that it doesn’t descend to the level of the other 2 locations.

Thank you!

I feel compelled to share a deeply…

I feel compelled to share a deeply concerning experience that my family recently had with Tim Hortons, specifically involving their supplier, Aspire Bakeries. This incident has raised serious questions about the safety of their food, and I believe the public needs to be aware.

My mother, a hard-working individual who spends long hours working downtown, decided to grab a coffee and an apple fritter from Tim Hortons during her lunch break. What should have been a simple and enjoyable snack turned into a nightmare when, during her last bites of the apple fritter, she bit into a loonie (a Canadian dollar coin) that was embedded in the middle of the pastry. The result? A chipped tooth, which required an emergency visit to the dentist, all of which was documented.

This incident was incredibly concerning to us. We’re talking about a metal object, not on the surface, but inside the pastry. Imagine if a child had eaten this fritter—there could have been serious or even fatal consequences from choking. The fact that such a dangerous object could be hidden in the food of a well-known establishment is horrifying.

Naturally, we contacted Tim Hortons' head office right away. Their response was shockingly dismissive, offering nothing more than an insincere apology. When I persisted, Aspire Bakeries, the supplier responsible for Tim Hortons’ baked goods, started hounding me for the remaining apple fritter and the loonie, calling me repeatedly to retrieve what was left of the evidence. It became obvious that they were more concerned with retrieving and possibly covering up the evidence than addressing the gravity of the situation.

After supposedly conducting their own investigation, Aspire Bakeries returned with the unbelievable claim that it was “impossible” for a metal object to have passed through their manufacturing process undetected. Furthermore, they alleged that they found no trace of human saliva on the loonie—implying, somehow, that this either didn't happen or wasn't their fault. These dismissive, almost accusatory statements were deeply upsetting.

My family wasn’t seeking to profit from this ordeal. All we wanted was to be reimbursed for the costs of my mother’s dental work and for the inconvenience caused by her lost time at work. Instead, we were met with a complete lack of accountability and compassion from both Tim Hortons and Aspire Bakeries. Their actions and responses showed us that they care more about protecting their image than they do about customer safety.

This incident has left us with no choice but to warn others. What if this had been your child, biting into an apple fritter from Tim Hortons? What if the object had caused choking or worse? This isn’t just an isolated issue of bad customer service—it’s about the safety of the food we trustingly purchase from such establishments. They will never receive another cent of my business, and I am committed to making sure the public is aware of the dangers they pose.

Tim Hortons and Aspire Bakeries need to be held accountable for their gross negligence, and people need to be vigilant about where they purchase food for themselves and their loved ones. This incident has forever changed the way we see these so-called “trusted” establishments.

PSL ew

I decided to try out being a basic white girl and order a small Pumpkin Spiced Latte, along with my regular order in the drive-thru. Everything came on time, and I headed to work. When I got there I opened the latte lid to take my first sip and the milk/cream was extremely curdled, there was a clear liquid film on the edges (kind of like when you melt butter or fats in a soup) and the smell was terrible.

Went to the Tim Hortons in Mattawa and service was very slow.
-Eight people in line with only one cash open as rest on drive thru duties!
-Ordered bagel lightly buttered and lightly toasted- bagel was hard and had so much butter you could wipe it off.( Could not go to return as was on highway with deadline)
-Ordered apple fritter and was doughy inside, not fully cooked.

Terrible experience all around.
