everyone out there that wants to try the dutchie, blueberry fritter, etc

everyone out there that wants to try the old cinnamon twist, blueberry fritter, dutchie and the walnut crunch, be prepared to pay more for these donuts, and if you happen to buy a dozen, they will only let you have 2 of the donuts listed about. A real rip off, no where does it say that they will cost you more, and you cannot have more that 2 in a dozen. Had enough of Tims

I use the mobile app daily

I use the mobile app daily, usually more than once a day. My order is rarely ready lately. I’ve been late for work repeatedly. I even set my time for 5 minute pick up knowing I won’t be there in 5 , but at least it’ll be ready. Nope! This morning was the worst! Not ready, then forgot my bagel, and oddly my coffee wasn’t hot. Not even an apology!!!!! I think ,as this happens so often, coupons should be given out or something. Some workers know me by name and know what I drink I’m there so often! This morning my daughter was late for work at her new job, and was spoken to, so of course she got mad at me! Your employees need to pay attention, it wasn’t even busy, this was 6:45 am. If I can’t even get an apology then I deserve a free coffee or something every time they screw up !

Coffee enthusiast's take.

As a coffee enthusiast, I was eager to try this chain, but my experience was deeply disappointing. The moment I entered, I was met with a disorganized and crowded atmosphere. It took ages to get the attention of the staff, and when I finally placed my order, the wait for a simple latte was unreasonably long.

The coffee itself was a letdown. It was lukewarm, lacked flavor, and was nothing like the rich brews I was expecting based on their reputation. Moreover, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired; tables were sticky and the floor was littered with napkins and crumbs.

I tried to address my concerns with a staff member, but they seemed disinterested and offered no apology or solution. It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer service and care for product quality. I'm sorry to say I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to other coffee lovers.

Unbelievably appalling customer…

Unbelievably appalling customer service. I received 2 Timmies Digital Gift Cards ($10 & $20) from doing online surveys as I have in the past but when I tried using these they both had a $0 balance. I contacted Tim's Customer (Un)Service and was repeatedly bounced around to multiple people, none of whom knew how to solve the problem. It took over a month of repeated emails from Oct. 7 until Nov. 10 plus over an hour on the phone when I was either transferred to the wrong person or the call was dropped to finally get this resolved. Once they solved the problem it took them a further 4 days to let me know. Once I have used up this money I'm done with Tim's. Interestingly, the research company that first issued the Tim Card has now quit offering them following my informing them of the issues I was having — sounds like I wasn't the only one.

Went to their franchise in Osoyoos

Went to their franchise in Osoyoos, BC and it was a terrible experience. The food took 45 minutes just to be served and they forget my doughnut and a bunch of food! We complained to the manager saying that we just wanted our food, but the staff where very rude and demanding that we give them a receipt. We did but they still didn't give us the food. Never going there again but the other locations have good food so I will give 2 stars

Used their app for the first time

Used their app for the first time. Yes, my location was on. I ordered when I was 500ft from the drive through but when I got to the window they said my order went to another store. I had to pay for my order again. I contacted Tim's requesting a refund for the order not picked up. They told me "no refunds" and that I could go to that store and pick up my coffee. I have no idea where that store is. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and got my refund. I have deleted the Tim's app and they have lost a customer of 50 years. Other apps allow cancellation of an active order but not Tim's. I want the old Canadian Tim's.

It is the best coffee in the entire…

It is the best coffee in the entire world can't argue there. but I do feel that they are getting very pricy lately.

I can understand that for-profit organization is supposed to hike prices to keep up with inflation but they should hike the price of other products and keep their original blends at the same price.

My frequency of visits has dropped significantly since their recent price hike for original blends.

It is just a "suggestion" but If they keep the price for hot beverages constant or lower it will drive more walk-ins and customers will end up buying more products.

Anyways amazing coffee and proudly Canadian.

Cold food

Food was cold. Sent it back for the same hoping it was warmer. No better. The lattice chips were rubbery. Toilets were unisex. Member of staff outside toilet doors. No privacy. NEVER AGAIN.

Tim Hortons chooses discrimination!!!!

Not supporting a company who divides people instead of bringing them together! Canadians have spoken-they do not want vaccine passports or mandates!! Shame on you for your continued discrimination!

Tim Hortons digital "Roll Up To Win"

Tim Hortons new digital "Roll Up To Win" is discriminated against people who don't speak English and who don't have access to computers. The Company should understand that their clientele are common working class people who grab a coffee on their way to work, labourers & seniors etc. It used to be simple & fun, people just rolled up the rim, thrilled to get an instant prize, then dumped the cup after. It now turns into a complicated process and worse off, you have to have that Tim card scanned. Moreover, I can only scan the Tim card once even when I do coffee runs for my friends and buy 5-6 coffees at one time. Unlike McDonald's, each cup of coffee comes with a sticker for a reward of free coffee after you collect 7 stickers. This is what we call "Loyalty card". No hassle.
Tim Hortons is losing market shares these days. Please get to know your market and treat your customers nicely
