I bought a pair of shoes at the Mayfair branch in mid December. I was told at the time that the shoes would be repaired by early January. I stopped by the store twice (in January) and no one was able to provide an update. I was only told that the factory was very busy. I followed up via email and got a reply on 5 February stating that the shoes would be ready in 2-3 weeks. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow (26 Feb) and I have not heard anything back... I suspect that there will be more delays, albeit no one is capable of explaining why that is. Very unreliable and very poor customer service!

Right hand pocket replaced on my green waterproof jacket, very happy with the finished item, thank you.

I am referring to the guy working at the Timpson Kiosk in Highwoods Colchester Branch. I have been a customer here for years and this guy has always been friendly, polite, hard working and very professional. He did a great job on my boots, I will get years more wear out of them now. I live in France but used to live in Colchester so always wait to get my repairs done when I'm over on a visit. Really nice work as always. He honestly is a credit to your company. Thank you.

Timpson in Richmond is brilliant! I took some very worn (but much loved) boots to them recently and they practically rebuilt them. I’m so impressed and very grateful to the lovely staff there.

Brilliant repair to my Scholl clogs - new all in one sole plus stitching, colouring and polishing of leather strap. As good as new for less than half the price. So pleased that I took an even older pair in with the same result. Really delighted. Thank you so much!

Went for a Motorcycle key at Waltham Cross by a man named Harrison.

Fantastic polite and great with customer service and item. He cut the key immediately and was just brilliant.

The key worked first time in the bike.

Would visit Waltham Cross again because of outstanding service. 10/10

Fantastic human service. Tried to use a machine in Tesco to cut a new key. Machine seemed effective until no new key appeared. Contacted Timpson via their web chat they arranged for me to be able to go into a shop and get a free key cut service. On arrival to the shop Connor was awaiting my arrival and instantly cut me a new key. Fantastic customer service!

Went into the Sevenoaks branch to get a new watch battery and a link removed. The gentleman that served my wife was highly professional and exceptionally kind. Will use again.

Having had a problem with one of Timpsons key cutting machines I went to Timpsons outside Tesco in Burnage. Here I spoke to Dave (employee ref 5169). What a great experience, nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to remedy the problem (1 of the keys hadn't been cut) and what a credit to Timpsons. An excellent job done 👍.

Took a coat in for dry cleaning in Timpsons Coleraine Asda. The guy spent 10 minutes telling me why I shouldn’tleave it in. Will take 2 weeks and then changed to 3 weeks when I said ok. Tried then to put me off by the price it would cost! As if I hadn’t thought of that. I was delighted that Timpsons had taken on dry cleaning as so handy to leave in. My advice..stick to key-cutting!

I recently went to Timpson in Farringdon to get some keys cut. It was very friendly, efficient and quick. Today I went to Timpson in Queensway in London to get a further set of keys cut and received excellent technical and customer support from Chris, who is the Branch Manager. When I went into the Branch, I wasn't the only person around and noticed that other customers were also looked after very well.

There is a lot of equipment on site for staff to utilise in carrying out the technical part of their work. All the keys worked perfectly so the technical side went well. Above the technical qualities, there is the friendly and personal service that I experienced and this was exceptional. For once the company by-line rings true, It is 'Great Service by Great People.'

Went into Hastings store in sainsburys on sedlescombe rd. I wanted the charging port replaced on an iPhone . He didn’t have it in stock but called another store that also didn’t have it in.
He then went above and beyond to clean out my charging port , and got it to work again !! Was having a rubbish day and this cheered me right up . Thank you Rob ( gadget)

1-star for the Beaconsfield store (in Sainsbury's). Joke of a place. Only used it twice and disaster both times. Most recently, I took in decent shoes for new Dainite soles. Quoted 2-3 weeks via their Northampton workshop. Paid a deposit. 4 weeks later my shoes were still "in transit" to the workshop. Took many visit, phone calls and emails to get my shoes back, undone. Find somewhere else.

Kris at Sainsbury's Carlisle was absolutely marvellous. First class service he fixed 2 watches and my daughter's very special charm bracelet all with a smile. Nothing was too much bother. What an advert for your company. Thank you!

Paid for permanent crease in new trousers. When I picked them up there was a white line down all four crease lines. Shop assistant confirmed new employee had used wrong acrylic. Need to send away to get removed. Two weeks no contact and no work trousers no explanation even Timpson customer services fail after stating we will review your ticket and contact you, two weeks still waiting.DO NOT USE TIMPSON

10/10. I used a vending machine of Timpson un fortunately the 3 rd keys not dispensed. I emailed customer service fast actions . Help me to get the third keys via their branches. Highly recommended.
