Macy and Josh were so helpful for me when an unfortunate issue came up with my order. Would recommend!!! GREAT customer service honestly.

I work for a company with 11 commercial gyms. I have used Titan for several large purchases and each time they have been amazing at expediting orders, handling tax exemptions, shipping to multiple sites, the works. Plus the equipment quality is on par with the big commercial vendors.

Good quality dip bar. Thick steel. Fit my ethos 3x3 power rack perfectly. does have some side to side movement when attached but does not affect the performance at all. Highly recommend adding dips to your training with the Titan Fitness dip bar.

Would review the equipment, if they would replace the damaged parts they sent.

I have been in a terrible daily correspondence with many of the foreign customer support employees who will not help me. I had two parts arrive unusable, I emailed right away. They first asked me "Can you fix it" to which I replied no even though it was an absurd and mildly unsafe request. They told me one of the parts was out of stock, which is a bold faced lie. I am able to go on their website and purchase another which would arrive two days later, still very much in stock. They are refusing to help, anyone on the phone just says "we are still working on it" as they ignore all requests for help. The part arrived damaged, the machine is unusable, and they have been wildly unhelpful. This is the single worst customer support experience I have ever had. The need was not that difficult, replace two parts that are badly damaged.

Go to any company other than titan, especially anyone who will actually help if the equipment arrives unusable.

My first experience with Titan wasn’t the best, but I appreciate that they took the time to read my review and call me back. We’ve got things squared away and I was able to order the multi grip cambered bar. I expect to receive the bar in a couple of weeks, so hopefully I can update this once the bar has arrived.

I made an order on a like a Saturday night. I changed my mind and canceled the order on their website within 30 minutes from when I ordered it. I went through trying to contact them and there was a prompt for me to cancel. It asked me why and I told them. Then I find out like on Monday or Tuesday that they shipped the item out. After speaking to customer service, they said to have the order sent back to them so I declined the shipment and it went back. Then they charged me a restocking fee. I understand that is their return policy and it states that there is a restocking fee if returned. My issue is that I canceled the item and had proof that their system had received my cancel request, which was only 30 minutes after I ordered it. So it's not my fault that they decided to ship my order. I will never order from Titan Fitness again and their customer service was terrible!!! I was a repeat customer as I have bought their lat pulldown equipment from them in the past. Never again!

My Experience with Titan so far has been Outstanding. Very Professional, Courteous and helped with any issues I’ve had which were minimal.

Fast shipping, great product, reliable fitness gear at great prices overall. Titan is awesome! The weight vest checks all the boxes and is exactly what I wanted it to be.

I purchased the 150, 100, 90, 80 pound slamballs from titan fitness last year. They are of the highest quality & I use them at least 3 days a week. Indoors as well as outdoors. This month, I purchased my first 100lb sandbag from titan fitness. It has exceeded my quality expectations & I enthusiastically use it daily. My goal is to purchase the rest ASAP!! These products are the best!!

Individual was very knowledgeable, knew the products well and directed me to exactly what I was looking for. Also gave me enough information to be able to reference back to and order what I needed since I wasn’t able to do so in the moment.

All responses were received quickly as well as being clear and concise. This made the overall process streamlined and frustration free.

Great, easy buying experience. Good communication from Titan Fitness from beginning to delivery. Items arrived well packaged. I purchased 2 adjustable kettlebells.

I had a fantastic experience after I noticed that my recent purchase (the Functional Trainer) was being advertised at $200 discount. I was connected to the representative Jude and just asked if I can get credit for future purchases from the store. Instead I had $200 refunded in 2 days. This is my 4th time buying equipment from Titan. The quality of the equipment and the service is always perfect. By the way, the video instructions for putting together the Functional Trainer are excellent.

Andrew and the Titan team was very knowledgeable and kind. They wanted to make sure I was taken care of and got exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Titan Fitness.

I always check Titan for their products before looking at any other fitness product company because of the quality and price of their products. I don’t believe Titan receives enough credit for their racks, plate loaded cable equipment, bars and cable attachments. These are all products I have purchased, use regularly and recommend. If you’re looking at purchasing fitness equipment I would personally suggest to give Titan a shot. More than likely you’ll enjoy their product and come back to purchase more from them.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered equipment in December 2023. It was backordered. I received no updates only when I inquired and was told it would be another month delay. I was reassured that I would receive a shipment notification. Never happened. I did get a call from Fedex telling me that they couldn't deliver to my home because is was overweight. It now became my responsibility to coordinate logistics? After several emails back and forth instead of arranging for delivery, they decided it would ship back to Titan. So after 3 months, i prepaid for this order Im not receiving the equipment and they are delaying my refund. Is this a legit business? Aweful!

I reached out via email reply regarding receiving an incorrect item on my order. I received a prompt reply and after verifying my order, the proper item was shipped out and I was allowed to keep the incorrect item. In all, the experience was excellent. It would be even if I had to ship the wrong item back.

When I gave titan fitness a call the representative told me everything to the best of their knowledge after I explained my concern on the backorder and how long i’ve been waiting . They gave me a rough ETA idea due to item being on backorder but reassured me that it will be shipped when it is in stock.
