I had ordered the rolling jhooks,one of the threads were off just enough to not screw in,they resolved the problem with a replacement, very happy,titan will always take care of there customers

I ordered a GHD that showed in stock online during their recent flash sale. I recieved one box with just the frame parts. No second box with the pads, rollers or hardware. No email, message saying another shipment is coming. I got a email saying my order was delivered. It was not, 1 box was delivered and half my order is not here. I called customer service to learn the second shipment of parts was on back order, but my ship by 9/2! I got nothing saying I was ordering equipment that was out of stock, or would be delayed. Now, I have a pile of frame parts for a GHD that is unusable. I guess the other stuff will arrive sometime next month? It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

I had an issue with an order missing a piece. The product was also scratched up and the box was torn up. Customer service was able to take care of my problem fast and efficiently. Overall, just a great experience. The X3 squat stand is fantastic! Very sturdy! So glad I chose Titan!

He answered the question that I had , but didn’t try to help me to buy the item . If he would have spent at least 5 mins with me , I might have bought the Hack squat machine .

Great customer service and fast shipping.

Ordered fixed barbells and rack. Barbells came in quick and appear nice. The rack in the other hand had to be shipped twice. The first time the shipping company sent it back and I received an email 2 weeks later saying they would send me a replacement. Took about 2 more weeks and finally received rack. It was severely damaged and was shipped in about 3/4 of a cardboard box and the rest wrapped in packing tape. Titan would not take it as a return even though I never opened it or even moved it off my porch. Very poor customer service and they do not care about the consumer.

Happy with my customer service alongside Stephanie-Ann at Titan Fitness. There was a tiny mistake with my unit number and she was able to have the delivery service add it to the address. Very professional and friendly. I am pleased with this beyond measure and am confident that my future purchases will be with Titan Fitness from here on out. Be confident in this company, the community they are creating is a solid one just like their equipment.

I have been ordering several Titan products over the past year. Their bumper plates are high quality and package well. Recently, the carrier mis-delivered my items to an unrecognizable address. Titan support made it right

Sunshine was prompt and professional in her responses to my questions. She helped me resolve the issue quickly and satisfactorily.

My customer service rep, Lovely, was very helpful with my order. My discount code didn't take when I placed my order. I called and spoke with her and she instructed me what to do. I sent her a copy of my code card and she found my order and had my discount applied to my card which I will receive in a few days. It did show on my bank images, just waitiing for it to finish processing. Lovely was quick to help me and acknowledge my concerns. I have quite a few items from Titan and will continue to use them fo my fitness needs.

I purchased the Squat max from Titan, it was shipped to me quickly and was packed extremely well. it's a great machine in that you are squatting from a belt around you waist and not from bar on your shoulder, no more lower back pain or shoulder soreness. I recommend the Squat Max to everyone, you will love this well built and well thought out machine...
