Titan Self Storage have been excellent, first class service, fabulous units and their prices are the best.

So I signed everything today for my storage unit. I was shown around, helped when needed and instructions were made very clear.
I may be 34 years old but this grown up stuff still gets to me sometimes! Kay couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. If you're a bit worried like me to do these things, and a bit out of your depth what you're looking for as I was, just know I felt so comfortable.
From being shown around the different sizes, insurance explained and down to being shown how to use the barrel lock.
I also really appreciated not being hounded. I put in for a couple of quotes from different places, others called multiple times a day until I blocked them. I had a follow up call from titan after receiving my quote, explained I was away and would be back. I was called again when I was back and when I went in the first time to look around, there was no pressure. I came back a week later to sign the documents feeling confident. Thankyou

The team at Titan Bracknell have always been very approachable and keen to help making the whole process easy from choosing a unit to leaving. I would highly recommend using them

The storage facility is excellent, always clean and tidy and easy to access with good loading access.
The standout from all other storage facilities is the customer service, James from Day 1 has been outstanding. Friendly, accommodating and always puts the customer first - a dying trait, but hugely valued.

I contacted Bracknell Titan because I needed to find a storage unit for my business. There were lots of different options and I found a unit that was perfect for what I needed. The entire building itself was always kept very clean and tidy and it was easily accessible. The manager, James has always been so friendly and approachable. He has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to help and accommodate throughout my hire period. I would not hesitate in recommending Titan to anyone who needs a storage unit.

Dave at Titan in Telford provided probably the best Customer service I've ever received.

From the day I went in to see James (store manager) until now it has been a great experience. Everything was explained, no hidden terms or questions unanswered. There are a lot of storage units in this area but I wouldn’t consider any other over Titan from the experience I’ve had. I’ll also be recommending to others

I used Titan Storage when I took a job abroad. Wasn't sure if it would be permanent so put UK furniture into storage. Brilliant service and very helpful when I decided to make move permanent. Big thanks to Leamington and the area manager Dan O'sullivan.

Great facilities and amazing staff at the Bridgend store. They are always courteous and will literally go out of their way to help you. Highly recommended.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Dave Egan at the Telford branch is amazing. He was super patient with me and very attentive to my needs. Despite my last minute change of plans with a different company, he ensured that my move in was really smooth and has gone above and beyond to make sure I got way more than I paid for - really, truly, generous!! On the day of the move, he helped us lift the goods using the forklift and literally helped us move in too. I'm so grateful that what could have been a nightmarish day turned out to be a super fun move - all thanks to Dave!! I would highly recommend Titan for your storage needs.

I called the Braintree store and was greeted kindly over the phone by the Store Manager - Matt. I have to say the service was brilliant and Matt made the changes I needed immediately and updated me on upcoming changes to access times, system and dates with follow up emails. Highly recommend Titan! Thanks
