The staff are very efficient and professional while maintaining a friendly cooperative demeanour. I looked at other storage companies and Titan is very secure, easily accessed by road and very reasonably priced. The best for me by a country mile.

Free use of trolleys, 3 layer security, 4k video coverage everywhere except in the units themselves. 24 hour access with two layer smartphone confirmed access codes. If you need more than that then hire a bank safe deposit box.

Braintree Facility - Couldn't have chosen better.

We chose Titan Braintree as part of our business operations for both short and longer term storage. Also, as a strategic location for our delivery team to pick up goods for onward distribution. The positives for us have been the ability to flex our storage needs in line with our buisness demands, security for our inventory and great access. Titan has provided all these needs for us together with great service from the team

Other positives are great loading bay area and good car parking, handling equipment on site for use by customers. The site is spotlessly clean and the customer service team are always super helpful.

Smooth process to select, contract and get access to my storage space.

The main reason for this review is because of the absolutely wonderful service we received from Corey at Titan in Bridgend.
Corey is very helpful, and he is also very friendly (so much so that we look forward to bumping into him when we’re at our unit!)
We visited a few different storage places, and all seemed pretty similar but it’s because of Corey we chose Titan.

I have been using Titan Self Storage since I sold my house in September 2021. As my needs have changed all the staff have been super helpful in accommodating my requests. Would highly recommend.

5 star experience from start to finish and so well looked after by James and Shane. Had space for 18 months or so while building a house and will defo do again if required.

Dave the store manager has been an outstanding help, always going above and beyond, hands on with assistance and advice. The site itself is well-priced, recently refurbished that makes it look new, well-set out with great access and lots of options and excellent security. My dog loved visiting and he was made to feel like a king, which was a small but tremendously cool bonus! I am really glad I chose to use Titan, it worked out perfectly and I would highly recommend using Titan to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

The facilities are absolutely amazing with easy access and a large number of different storage options. It's also easy to upgrade or downgrade sizes. The site manager, James, was super helpful and always answered any questions. We used the storage for about 4 years and never encountered any problems. After comparing prices at different storage facilities, we found that this one had the lowest price but the highest quality. I highly recommend them.

James and Shane at the Bracknell branch of Titan are literally life savers ! A delayed completion on a new house has meant we have had to resort to short term storage and James & Shane have gone beyond the expected levels of service to accommodate our requirements - nothing has been too much trouble . The facility is clean and feels secure and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for storage options ! Again I can only praise James and Shane for there high standard of service and for just being nice human beings !

Terrible office staff the manager rude and unprofessional to deal with. Actually, took a card payment without my consent! It was due on a Saturday couldn’t get an answer. Office was closed with shutter down! During there advertised opening times. Both ladies rude and unprofessional. Dirty and toilets disgusting 🤢
