Recently brought a VW scirocco from here and it’s exactly what I was looking for , very high spec and absolutely stunning looking car inside and out ! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough they went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy and stress free , Chris was superb made buying a car a delight , carnt thank you enough , you guys are awsum would 100% use again and recommend to anyone looking for a car

We purchased a Car for my Wife and have to say we where very pleased with the service we received from Dwayne. There was a small fault with the car and it was taken back and repaired with no fuss or hassle. We had a loan car to use while ours was being fixed and all was handled happily and easily. I would recommend using them.

Both Chris (and owner Tom) have been super helpful & reliable in the purchase of our daughter’s first car. Chris has continually communicated and provided a detailed and honest itinerary of works being undertaken to ensure we have been reassured in the purchase of her first car with safety and value for money at the fore of our both our discussions. Excellent service from start to finish and would highly recommend.

After lots of very mixed experiences(mainly negative) , looking for my new car, I found exactly what I wanted at T.I car sales and I couldnt be more impressed with the experience from start to finish . Their previous reviews impressed me and I can now add my own ! Chris was awesome ,friendly,professional ,knowledgeable , all without being pushy and not like the stereotype of a car salesman we dread. Nothing was too much trouble and lots of efforts were made to answer any queries and address any of my needs.My car was delivered promptly by a lovely driver who had to do some miles to get it to me!. T.j car sales made the experience a delight and I couldn't fault them in anyway. Highly recommended and keep up the great job! Big thanks again to Chris and Tom and all of your team!

After some teething problems with a car purchased, the garage were nothing short of exceptional. They went above & beyond to help us and were always polite, helpful & professional when dealing with us.

Our problem very much became theirs and they worked hard to resolve it.

This is my second 5* review on TJ Car Sales due to the excellent after sales support we have received 5 months after we purchased a car from them. Particularly need to mention Tom and Steve who sorted a warranty issue out for us.

They have turned what was a particularly stressful situation into a really positive outcome and gone above and beyond for us.

Can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a new car.

I recently purchased a Peugeot 308 from TJ car sales, I needed a car reasonably quick due to my lease car being returned. This particular Peugeot was pretty much what I was looking for, price, spec and colour.
I had some correspondence from Steve at TJ car sales and he assured me that he could get the car ready for me on my preferred day. Steve did indeed get the car ready for me, I viewed the car and was not made to feel rushed, Steve also made sure the alloy wheels were refurbished, and they were and look good. The paintwork was not in perfect condition but considering the time scale this is no surprise. I was also given options for extending my warranty and I was assured that I could get any issues fixed at my local garage. I purchased the car and drove home.
After a 2 hour driver home, unfortunately the clutch started to fail, and indeed went.
I took it to my local mechanic and informed Steve at TJ car sales, he apologised and assured me that it will get sorted.
This was on the Friday, on the following Monday between myself, my local mechanic and Tom at TJ car sales, they sorted the repair of the faulty clutch, and paid for it the same day. Good communication was given and no issues with getting a repair sorted.

Recently purchased kia sportage amazing service and contact between sale and px of my previous vehicle. Would definitely recommend and buy from again thank you

When we saw the S Max at TJCarsales on Auto trader we checked the details and felt this was a good find. We were also very encouraged by the award history of this company. I went to their main website and found the downloadable information sheet. Nice! They were closed when we found the ad but called them first thing the next morning and put down my holding fee (refundable). And went to see it as quickly as we could after. When we arrived, Car was ready for viewing and available for a test drive, Jamie (our Salesman) was in the Office but gave us a moment to look around the car. No pressure to buy, Jamie always asked if we were happy. To be honest we were pretty much sold from the Advert, the Test drive went great! and so we bought the car! Arranging the car tax was simple, a short drive to the local Post Office (!!!!Sign the petition to keep it open to being able to process Car Tax!!!!). Was a pleasure to trade (offered a good price for our Part exchange) with Jamie at TJCarsales from Start to Finish and After care will be as nice afterwards. Our boys even spotted a Toyota GT86 (Don't see many of those!!). TJCarSales is now highest on our list for a first car place to go to when our eldest is picking out their car! Thank-you Jamie.

A fantastic and helpful service from beginning to end. Mike and Tom make a great team and are very reassuring. Mike went through everything clearly and patiently. You feel very confident that any problem that may occur will be dealt with efficiently.

Genuine and trustworthy dealership. Transaction went smoothly and all steps fully explained by very helpful sales staff. An extra thank you to Mike who looked after us and went the extra mile to personally deliver a set of mats after we had purchased the car.

Had my car a month before I wrote this so i could be accurate as possible. Visited a few weeks back & the staff were brilliant, no pressure or hanging around you like a certain well known company. Saw a car I liked within minutes & staff were very helpful. Went into detail about the car I bought & were very reassuring. Gave a good quote for my trade in & transaction went through very smoothly. After a few hours of owning the car I had an issue with a tyre & they werequick to replace it at no further cost the following day. Following day car wouldn't start & they came out to look at it in a matter of hours. Confirmed it was needing a new vattery & again replaced for free. Was also offered a courtesy car for the inconvienence. During this time I was worried I was being conned due to the issues but because of their solid customer service it just happened to be a little unlucky. & was not through any fault of their own. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a car, nice range of choice & cars always coming in to boost their stock. MOT & service was offered before I picked my car up. Which I took full advantage of. Will go with them again when I want an upgrade.
