TK Maxx AT Reviews 

Hi,

I went to TK MAX in Harrow and asked about a gold necklace,Razia was kind enough to show the necklace and also wore it for me.

Razia was very polite and courteous.
Its very rare for outstanding service theses days.

I was bought an item for myself as a gift so I took it back to Orpington branch for an exchange only I didn’t have the receipt but labels with bar codes were attached the person serving said she couldn’t exchange as I had no receipt I said it was a gift she apologised but said it wasn’t possible why can I go into Asda Marks and just exchange with no problem I can understand the shop looks like a junk shop and a mess but really this policy needs to change

I ordered something to be collected from TKMAXX TAUNTON. I was ill and missed the deadline for collection. When I asked how to get my giftcard refunded I was told someone had collected it using a driving licence. I don't drive and don't have a licence. It was not collected by me or anyone I know. The person dealing with me, Erin, has refused to show me the signature. There is fraud and theft going on here. I will be reporting this to the Police.

I was in the Peterborough queensgate store with my sister shopping when a very rude customer assistant came marching towards us and stood as if we were going to steal items. I have always shopped here and never had an issue. My sister then proceeded to tell me this particular assistant always does this for no reason every time she goes in. I was absolutely disgusted by her behaviour and judgement towards as simply because our dress was different. My sister is autistic and therefore tends to struggle in social situations and this assistant certainly did not help. I spoke to the store manager who seemed quite apologetic (not his fault) that his member of staff has an appalling attitude. He could not find her when he did look for her because she went and hid! She then proceeded to follow me again and I asked her to leave me alone to which she responded "I'm everywhere". I mean what on earth was wrong with this woman? Disgusting rude behaviour, shouldn't really be working there acting all high and mighty.

I returned goods that were not suitable. And after 5 days I am still waiting for my refund.
I purshased with my visa debit card. As I do not have a credit card and I am still waiting for my refund. Very dissappointing.

Standing in line at TJMaaxx Werribee Plaza waiting to pay for over $375 worth of items, I was rudely approached by 2 store members and 2 security guards who insisted on seeing inside of my handbag as they claim they saw me putting items in it. They couldn’t tell me what these supposedly stolen items were & insisted on searching the contents of my handbag. Firstly. I didn’t reach into my handbag at any time while I was in the store so it couldn’t have been a case of them mistaking me doing so for me putting things in there. Their accusations were completely unwarranted & i find it interesting that I hadn’t been through the register yet to pay for the items I was holding (let alone attempted to leave the store without doing so) I was so embarrassed by the whole ordeal. Thankfully my fellow shoppers also thought it was completely out of order of staff & security and voiced their empathy. As far as the accusing staff - well they can suck my big toe 🎤🫳

Upon entry to your TKMAX store at Morayfield, Qld, we noticed how clean and tidy the store was and strolling through we found all our needs plus other goodies we couldn't find elsewhere. The service was excellent and product knowledge of the staff commendable.
A wonderful experience to shop. Five star.

Memeber of staff refused to serve my wife of 8 and half months pregnant and said you have to join the Q it was king at the time was very rude and said NO not serving you, alwasy have Q priority at tkmaxxs. She refused to appologise despite effort from manager and refused to give her name! This is discrimination against pregnant women and violating costumer service standards! Very appalling

As winter is approaching I was on the look for a nice new comfortable jacket, I walked into my local TKmaxx and there I found a stunning orange KC mens puffer jacket, the fit was perfect so I promptly purchased my new jacket and went home. The next day I was online and to my surprise the same jacket on TKmaxx online website alittle cheaper!
I asked for advise in my local TKmaxx store but as I had worn the jacket and removed the labels their advice was to contact customers services.
So I emailed customer services and asked for their help, in a nut shell they simply refused to help at all and showed no desire to even consider a TKmaxx giftcard that would have easily made up the difference, that being only £15.
I feel somewhat dissapointed as my family have shopped in TKmaxx for many years and have always enjoyed many, many purchases and good bargains.
I think the moral of the story is TKmaxx is a wonderful store but if at all possible dont involve their customer services as I feel that they are less than helpful, I think the Three Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future would not fair as well with TKmaxx Customer Services than they did with Ebenznor Scrooge!
With all actions come reaction and my wife and I have these last few years purchased Christmas gift cards for our three older daughters but as of today we have chosen Next and another store for our girls rather than TKmaxx, when customer services are so poor the best option for us customers is to vote with your feet and go somewhere else which as of today we will.

Thankyou Harmony for contacting me but I was given the runaround by TKmaxx customer services before I fear the same waste of time would be presented again! As a man of principle I have learned a valuable lesson from this and I and my families disconnect from TKmaxx is a good and comfortable conclusion, may I wish you a Merry Christmas and hope that just as Ebenznor learned maybe TKmaxx will also change its ways and value customers in the future!

Liked that the staff where very nice and helpful. Didn't like that not all items had a price on them, plus was hoping for more lower prices

I’m really sorry to give such a bad review as I am a massive fan of tk maxx and a big buyer however this delivery they used Parcelforce (and I paid for next day delivery) and thus my parcel is not be delivered. There was not a flat on the address and thus they said they could not deliver the parcel (I live in a converted house). I can not get into contact with parcel force and this is an expensive order which I need ASAP. TK Maxx please can you help sort this out. Order: 33534084

Purchased a suitcase, not cheap either. Used once and the wheel has been squashed albeit from airport but after one use … it’s not fit for purpose. Declined exchange/refund. Not impressed with customer service.

After a substitution of goods Harmony has gone the extra mile and sorted out the refund. Think the powers that be in TK MAXX should not substitute items as gifts are personal. Big Thankyou

Horrible my son’s friends went in to max in Falkirk on the 15/10/23 and went over to their friends were standing next to their other friends at the elevator and a woman came up to them and said GET OUT! They said we didn’t do anything and she told them again to get out so they had to go out they were causing no bother they just went in for a look then got kicked out. will not be going back again this is an outrage

This morning I shopped at the store in The Mall Walthamstow 9/10/2923. As usual there was a queue but it was attended to very quickly. However when I approached the checkout I received complete silence not Hello or Good morning. Nothing. The operator 5755 needs to rethink her actions towards customers. The security tag was not removed from the bed linen I purchased so the nice security man helped me.

I am so happy! I was sightly unsure about buying a yellow coat that I was trying on, it looked so rich, I wondered if I could pull it off and as I ummed and ahed, Sue in the Halifax store, passed by and told me I looked good and it was all I needed to hear, I bought the coat and it is probably the best coat I have ever owned. Thank you so much Sue for being kind and letting me see that I looked nice, it really meant a lot :)

I went to tkmaxx Hounslow today, 28th September and was very impressed with the services of one of the associate Usha. She was very helpful and extra mile. I hope tkmaxx will continue hire such staff like her.

I am a TK Maxx devotee but the staff of the Hereford store is exceptional. I live Chris, Grace, Joyce, Rosie et al but this time it was Rachel who went out of her way to help. I am a grateful woman and a very happy customer. Thank you

was really impressed by the choice especially the skin care
