Order 10 final clearance items on line . They cancelled my order . I had an enquiry for why cancelled my order . Customer service no explain just told me I can order again if I want it. But they all sold out after few days .Many times already if item really a good bargain. But I still saw many left online .very disappointed.

My partner collected 3 seperate orders consisting of a lot of items from the Bangor Bloomfield NI store today. He was so happy with the exceptional customer service he received especially from a tall blonde short haired lady who could possibly have been a manager, she really went above and beyond to help him get my haul to his car using a store room trolley. He has a bad back and would never have been able to lift it all himself. She was so pleasant and helpful I had to write this review and I hope she aswell as the hierarchy at tkmaxx see it too. She is a credit to the company!

The Walthamstow branch is the worst tkmaxx ever ! Fitting room feels like border controls and make you feel very uncomfortable! Staff rude and not interested ! Security staff grumpy look rough and think they are some kind of special forces . The store is badly arranged ! Iv seen better setups in charity shops.

It was my wife’s birthday i have ordered 12 different items. It said in the website it should arrive in 5 days. 5 th day didn’t arrive.6th i have contacted them didn’t arrive evri by the way wortd delivery company you can’t contact them .day 7 I contacted tkmaxx custemer service again they said sorry just wait. My wife birthday passed . I was checking the parcel every day day 12-13 goes on same story. At the end day refunded me which is i lost 14 days plus up to 14 days to get my money back.
Ruined the birthday for me. I hope you dont do the same mistake. Sorry they offered me 10£ gift card for it all. I said keep it and spend it to customer service

I love this Company because there prices our great, quality of there merchandise is very good. I always fine what I need and the staff is very professional and polite. Great customer service.

Recently moved to the Isle of Wight, very impressed with the Newport store and the friendly helpful staff, especially Pam who served me yesterday!

This is a terrible company with bad customer service. Bad return policy. I bought some items and tried to return 1 out of 3. The sales representatives was so rude and arrogant. The Pair of jeans 👖 was already sold to me as used from all indications, I found out and decided to return and they refused to collect it.
This is fraud.

I had a mate make me aware of T.K.Maxx, and decided to check out my local store. Upon entering, I was struck by the tidy, well organised and cleanliness of the store. The store was very well stocked with quality brand men's clothing, which was the reason for my visit. Shopping trips for quality clothing are rare for me, as I'm on a
Pension, and finances are always tight. My shopping experience left me feeling highly satisfied with all aspects of my visit there

they lie to customers. affix a price lower than what is sold at the cash register. I picked up the sneakers on sale and they were a good value. when I came to the checkout, they said that the price was not correct, they tore off the price tag and forced me to pay more

Great deals and nice deals to be had and going away on holiday and ordered last week and paid extra £10 postage for next day delivery... Five days later we get email saying they could not deliver as no one home, I was in the front garden washing my car... They would have had to drive straight past me!

Why do you let these courier companies let you down.. Its arrived today but too late I'm at the Airport

I mainly use the Tkmaxx website, deliveries are a little slow, but, on the whole quality of products, packaging etc are all good, however in three out of six parcels there as been no statement enclosed, which is all good until you need to return something!!! Informed customer service and assumed they'd email the required paperwork, but, no; several rounds of email ping pong ensued followed by a code, which I am to take to store during office hours....so I can p... everyone off queuing at the till while they call head office😬Der!!!

My whole enfield transaction at check out without a word being spoken by the cashier to busy speaking to her friend on the phone.

Great customer service from the staff at Chatham branch over the weekend, they were all very helpful

It’s always worth checking prices anywhere else before you think you are getting a bargain….that’s not always the case.often they put RRP price way higher than it actually is.
I looked at Lulu Guineas bag and it said RRP £255, TK max price £99 , well on Lulu website the bag was £175 (full price)
Yesterday I went to homesense , looked at Rock suitcases… again they said original price £195 tk price £69….. nope it IS NOT!!!! Original price of the exact suitcase online was £110

Treasure-Now time to dump it. Like the previous comment it is really not worth it. I have just not used one reward (5 purchases) & about to lose a second a so you can see I shop regularly. Prizes are now mostly only the chance to enter a competition - lots of other stores & loyalty cards I have do that for free anyway. One gift was a pair of bamboo salad servers that were broken when they arrived so I threw them away. It used to be better but now it's condescending as a reward programme. Bonus is that its the reason why I have started using ebay & found some real designer treasures!

I contacted Newtownabbey branch this morning to source a silver clutch for my daughters formal this evening and explained to Colette there was no stock checker could she help. She was nothing short of Amazing and went over and above to help me. An absolute pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the store. Recommend this branch 100%. First Class

Visited the Bishop Auckland branch this afternoon and was very impressed with the staff. Firstly one approached me and offered me a trolley after noticing I'd failed to pick one up on entering the store but had then found numerous things I wished to purchase. Next when I was ready to make my way downstairs another member of staff offered to carry the trolley downstairs as the lift was broken. Then the young lady on the checkout packed my purchases in one of the containers I'd bought and carried them to the end of the checkout for me. First time I've visited this branch but won't be my last.

I can find always thigs I need. Good products with good prices.
