After no luck in trying to return faulty goods in store I phoned customer service and call was answered quickly. The assistant was really friendly, helpful and constructive. The issue was resolved the same afternoon with a full refund for faulty goods. Very happy with outcome.

I wanted to make sure that the management team reads this review. I’ve had a silly issue with my delivery and contacted the customer service. The KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM of Rebecca is outstanding! Please give her a reward as she fully deserves this! Like a “star of the week” price! She took my query so seriously I was shocked! Thank you so much! Also Sylvia has helped a lot with her swift reply giving me big peace of mind about my parcel! Big clap to boh!!! This is how you make customers feel valued!

I absolutely love and trusted TK Max products UNTIL I purchased two separate lotions with parabens (a substance which doesn't directly cause cancer but is usually found in cancerous tumours). Wouldn't it be awesome to not need to comb through obviously harmful ingredients in these products. I thought you had a vetting process or something. Please take them off the shelf please because they are going straight into my bin. What a waste of money. I only realised when I got home. The lotion line is called "Body Prescriptions". For anyone who cares what ingredients they put onto their skin which absorbs this directly into your blood stream. Take them down please TK Maxx, they're harmful to your clients. Thanks

I am very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a frying pan in-store and used it only once. The product is not damaged, but it produces a strong unpleasant smell when cooking, making it unusable.

I have tried multiple times to contact customer service by email and chat, but I have not received a response. I have also visited the store, but my return was refused due to the item being used.

I would like to resolve this issue and request a refund or exchange. I am unable to get assistance through other channels, which is very frustrating.

My experience with TK Maxx UK was excellent. The customer service was outstanding, especially from your operator Sinead, who was very polite, professional, and always ready to help. I’m very satisfied with the way I was treated. My rating: 10/10.

The service was great as the lady dealing with my issues was really nice. She had fantastic knowledge of your products eg if I felt I would like to repurchase the badly damaged product I received she checked stock levels for me. All in all I received wonderfull advice on how to go about a refund and I would be entirely happy to contact the service should I have to in the future. Returning customer.

While shopping with my wife in the Ayr (Scotland) TK Maxx branch I suffered an adverse reaction to a medication I had been using...this resulted in a faint which caused head injuries...The store staff responded instantly...sealed off the aisle...dialled 999 for an ambulance...reassured myself and my wife... made sure I was comfortable and safe until the paramedics arrived...truly wonderful service from the store staff...a credit to the group....now home and fully recovered...thank you TK Maxx Ayr....Hugh and Mary Rose.

Received a birthday present of Eau De Cologne and on removing the cap I noticed that the spray button was kinked,looked as it had been dropped with the cap off, probably by someone who was getting a free spray. Needless to say spray button is inoperable,so total waste of money and one less present. My advice to customers is to check it is okay before purchase.

Love the company and its products - first time getting delivery and did next day as I needed it for the next day. However it arrived the day after. But I got into contact with them and got the issue resolved very quick with the refund for the service I paid for but didn’t get (next day delivery). Definitely a five stars for customer service - so quick efficient and no hassle, very fair resolvement. Only reason it’s four stars not five is because of the unfullfillment of the delivery date for next day - other than that great company

Very impressed with my dealings with Lauren B, TJX Europe Customer Service. Through my own fault I failed to get a refund on my return, so did not expect to get my refund sorted but I was delighted to receive it promptly after contacting Lauren. Many thanks as unfortunately this is an unusual occurrence.

Cancelled my order with no explanation 3 days later if it was out of stock why not cancel it straight away??
