The service from the customer service team in this instance Daniel was absolutely spot on and I couldn’t fault it hence why I have given him 5 stars and would recommend anyone with any issues to pick up the phone and not use the online chat service which is diabolical and resulted in constant to and fro emails as no one was ever available to chat to despite me being told it was the quickest option. Daniel was just brilliant and deserves a commendation at the very least!

Hi, would like to share my experience with Tkmaxx company, my order number is 43554665 I have had such horrible experience were I purchased multiple items and paid for next day delivery, the delivery wasn’t delivered the next day so I thought it will take maybe more days but after 6 days I looked in my tracking and saw that it was delivered the next day at another property, in the picture I didn’t recognise who’s door they were, so I could go and ask for the parcel day, then I called the company and complained they told me they will look into this matter and afterwards I received email saying that there’s nothing they can do and they willl not be able to help me further, honestly I was shocked by this response such a negligence and as a seller they’re resposible to deliver my good to me and they have failed to do so, so I’ll reposed them to trading standards!

I raised a complaint with TK Maxx online customer service team over the appalling attitude of the Store Manager at St. Helens' TK Maxx store.
The complaint was resolved quickly and with understanding by Jamie who has restored my faith in this retailer.

I would leave 0 if possible.
I placed an order and as soon as I clocked submit Irealiswd the delivery address was incorrect. Despite the order payment still pending and not being processed/packed or shipped. They refused to amended the delivery address.
Whilst this was my error, it was in their power to amend they just have a policy that they wont.

Took suitcase back as a foot came off on first use. Took it back to the store (Exeter) and was told as it had been used I had to contact customer services. It should not lose bit on a single use. I contacted customer services and was told to take it back to the store. 80 mile round trip, 2 hrs. Waste of my time and money. Already contacted customer services who told be to go back to the shop.

I received the wrong chairs, and the collection failed twice because the courier arrived with a vehicle that was too small - despite clear
communication with the customer service. Communication was slow and repetitive, and I was repeatedly asked to rearrange collections, even though the issue was not my fault. I was also offered a partial refund to keep items I did not order, which was not acceptable.
This caused significant inconvenience and wasted time.
Although I eventually received a refund, the whole process was poorly handled and unnecessarily stressful. The chairs have still not been collected…

Both the customer services lady and James on my second call were great at dealing with an issue with the delivery. I will definitely order online again, with confidence that any issues are dealt with promptly and maintains good customer service. I love TKMaxx and Homesense shops even though they're a distance away by car. Always find bargains and products are good quality.

I had a very positive experience with TK Maxx customer service. Angelina was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our interaction. She took the time to look into my delivery issue and followed up promptly with a clear and detailed email, which I really appreciated.

I contacted customer service regarding an issue at a store and the response received was incredibly rude and arrogant, which rather than addressing the issue simply compounded the initial complaint. It appears that TK Maxx not only condone staff being rude to customers but actively encourage it. I would suggest Senior Leadership review the actions and promote a culture that is in line with expectations in 2026.

Aleks assisted me over the phone regarding a lost parcel for an existing order. While the item unfortunately couldn't be located with the courier, I was issued a refund immediately without any hassle.
