I went with TLS Solicitors after a recommendation from a friend. Confidence in the service waned early on after a lack of communication and personable qualities. At one stage my solicitor took two holiday breaks and then announced they were leaving. At this point I considered switching solicitors.

After relaying my disgruntled thoughts to my new case handler I decided to give the company one last opportunity. Her name was Delyth Thomas and she delivered an excellent service that restored my faith in the company. Communication was timely and this included call backs at regular intervals as promised.

My family are enjoying our beautiful new home that seemed an eternity away at one stage. Thanks to Delyth’s efforts I am now a very satisfied customer. Due to my early encounter, I cannot rate the overall experience as five stars. However on a personal level, Delyth gave me a 5 star experience!

Totally recommend this solicitors. Matthew looked after the purchase of my apartment recently. He replied quickly , sometimes immediately to all my enquiries and kept me informed of progress. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TLS or use them again.

Although at first my account changed hands a few times so it was difficult to know who was dealing with it, (hence the 3 star review) once Delyth Thomas took over it was very different. Delyth was very professional, keeping me updated regularly, is not afraid to pick up the phone and actually speak to me which makes things so much easier to sort and she managed to get everything done in record time. I was very pleased with the level of service by Delyth.

I couldn't recommend Louise and her team highly enough. Both her and her co-worker Kate dedicated their full efforts in helping us buy our house. The process from start to finish felt seamless. We now have a wonderful home thanks to this wonderful team.

During June, when solicitors and conveyancers were flat out for the end of the month, Rachael was always understanding of my situation and determined to see the transaction through. I am so pleased I put my trust in TLS (on recommendation) to get an urgent job done. My stress levels, which were off the scale at the time, were kept to the possible minimum - thank you so much to Rachael and Jasmine.

We dealt with Jasmine and Rachael, both fantastic, we didn’t have a straight forward conveyance as house was owned by four people, one of whom lives in USA. This caused no problems to them at all and they got documents ready in advance to prevent any delay from the states. They always kept in touch by phone and email, and nothing was a problem. Fantastic, friendly and efficient, would definitely use them again

Our house sale was dealt with by Matthew at TLS. From the beginning he couldn't have been more helpful. He always responded to my questions quickly and made sure the whole process was as stress free as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely first class service. Louise Smith and Kate dealt with the sale of our property. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, our calls both professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble whatever the query. Everything was actioned first time no need to revisit at any time. Even though I’m sure there was a lot of people completing on the same day as us, everything went through early on and that is testament to their commitment to the customer. Malwina at TLS was the solicitor on our house purchase and I cannot speak highly enough of her due diligence, patience, guidance and ethics on our very frustrating and quite challenging case. I would highly recommend her, thank you Malwina for everything you did for us.

Over the course of 4 years it was one of the most stressful years in waiting for such a dreamed VISA ,in the first years we left it in the hands of a lawyer who unfortunately made us almost lose hope, but then we decided to put it in another hand of a lawyer called Tathiana Navas in which she was totally professional until she got a positive response from the Home Office, Tathiana Navas worked hard looking for all kinds of help to make everything work, it was stressful because due to the lack of professionalism of the first lawyer she had to correct several serious errors , but the result finally arrived with Visa ...

I find the client care extremely poor.
I am very dissatisfied with TLS solicitors services as the communication has been appalling througout the whole process of the property purchase. It takes weeks to get a response, and it is still not even clear who is my case handler, however my case has been with them for 4 months now!!!
Speculations were made about the handover dates, but they seem to find excuses for everything.
Oh, and they charge an arm and a leg for their horrible services.
I would never ever do business with them again!

I super recommend their work they are super attentive and very fast, and I am very satisfied with their work thanks for the attention 😃😃
