Delyth, Mandi and Kaitlin have been a pleasure to work with on the purchase of our new home. The team were bought in part way through the process due to another solicitor being unable to complete our purchase. Despite the late start they navigated us skilfully to completion and have been very patient when dealing with our queries. A great team I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I used TLS and specifically Asha and Salomi to complete my purchase for a buy to let property in Liverpool. They were so professional and helpful and answered all emails the same day. It was never difficult to get hold of them by phone either. Asha never cut any corners and was not put off by time pressures from the sellers solicitors. She ensured everything was done to the letter and all legal bases were covered so my completion was water-tight. I would recommend Asha to anyone needing a solicitor for their property needs. I will definitely be using TLS again.

Excellent customer experience all through the transactions process by Kaz and Helen. They respond promptly to inquiries, deliver quickly with personality, and are very professional. They have an Apps Portal which is also really helpful to keep track of how the conveyancing is progressing. I would highly recommend them without hesitation and would use them again for my next property investment.

Kaz and TLS have been appalling with our sale. They were recommended by the estate agent. Really wish we hadn't listened to that recommendation. Just before xmas we were told contracts were being drawn up, then 3 weeks into 2022, after us chasing them up, they came up with a raft of questions and another form. All stuff that should have been asked right at the beginning. They have asked for some documents 3 times, despite being sent them at the first request. It is going to be painful having to pay them for such dire service.

I am a day away from completing on my first property and Kalwant Kaur (Kaz) helped me to learn the process, helped with any enquiry and answered all my questions. No matter how minor. Very friendly solicitor and made the process less daunting! Really appreciated the app as well, a simple guide to knowing where you are in the process (especially for beginners). Couldn’t recommend more!

2. Clear and actionable advice ( don't buy houses every day!)
3. Swift actions to make things happen in the right timescale

I got all of these things from TCS where the main solicitor was Kalwant Kaur (Kaz). Kaz was personable, effective and great to work with. Evan when a short spell of pandemic related absence got in the way she arranged for cover, ably supported by Helen Reddington. Full marks on managing what was a whirlwind timetable. I was recommended TCS by my estate agent and they were very good. I recommend.

TLS solicitors were recommended to us by our estate agents. I cannot fault Delyth at all she was amazing. She kept us up to date every step of the way through both sale and purchase and did her up most best to keep things moving smoothly. Emails/telephone calls were always replied to and if Delyth wasn’t available at that time Ben was available to answer any queries or questions we had and was very helpful too.

Delyth was my solicitor. We were first time buyers so knew and understood nothing. Deylth was so patient and explained everything and was very informative throughout. Our process took 8 weeks! So impressed and it wasn't an easy case. Thank you for everything 😁

My final conveyancer, Delyth Thomas, provided a professional and courteous service and successfully completed the sale of my property. However dealing with her employer, TLS Solicitors, was an exasperating and stressful experience. The whole process (involving a first-time buyer and no chain) took over seven months from offer to completion. The original conveyancer left the company without me being informed and I was then passed between two paralegals and a solicitor before Delyth was drafted in. Emails went unanswered and documents were re-requested months after being sent in. This included official id papers which they mislaid. On one occasion the switchboard went unanswered during office hours. Notwithstanding the pressures of Covid, increased workloads and issues with the buyer's solicitors, I cannot recommend this company for property conveyancing. My estate agent also confirmed they will no longer be recommending TLS.
