I recently used Matthew Traynor at TLS solicitors for the purchase of a property. From the start he and his team were very responsive and kept me informed of what was going on. I also felt that he helped to steer me towards any areas of potential concern, amongst a myriad of documents, which I was grateful for. Also, the final bill was as quoted at the outset with no hidden costs or charges.

I have dealt with many various solicitors over the years and even more recently whilst dealing with my Grandad's estate and moving house but I have never come across a legal firm like TLS. They really are in a league of their own and they put other legal firms to shame. I have been incredibly impressed with their professionalism from start to finish and the level of communication is something that I haven't experienced with any other solicitors. I wouldn't even consider using another legal firm now that I have discovered TLS. Matthew and Jahmilla are the perfect team and between them they made the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous home a wonderful process. They really did pull out all the stops and although I know they are extremely busy they still always managed to make us feel like a priority. If it was possible to give more stars I would. It was a pleasure to work with Matthew and Doris for the conveyance of house purchase.
The communication was prompt and efficient, at any point we understood what is happening and what happens next. There were no delays at any step and we've finished the process by the date we wanted (less than 1 month from starting searches to exchange).

My mother died last year and so I contacted TLS as my mother had been a client. The solicitor who I was put in contact with was Sophie Campbell. Throughout the whole process Sophie was extremely helpful and always answered questions raised swiftly and clearly. Sophie was always friendly but also very efficient. I also feel that she went above and beyond in achieving probate resolution for my mother’s estate and then helping me deal with the very sad event of my brother dying recently, and how his portion of the estate could be managed.

I would like to say thank you so very much to Sophie for all of the help that she gave to me. I never felt that I was being a nuisance in contacting her, and this was vital during these sad times. This is due to Sophie’s lovely manner and professionalism.

Doris and Matthew were prompt with replies and communicated clearly. Doris was also happy to faciliate face to face meetings to save time in trasnfering docuemnts etc. The service was very professional and I didnt feel that I needed to chase them for updates as i have heard is often the case with other solicitors.

Mandi and Matthew made our purchase sail through. I have had some bad experiences with conveyancers in the past but the TLS team were friendly, responsive and professional. I would certainly use them again.

Delyth and the team worked hard towards the end of our legal process, with Mandi in particular being extremely communicative on the day of completion. We had a longer than anticipated buying process but this was mainly due to a lack of response at the top of the chain. More could have been done to clearly communicate with us in the first few months as it took a lot of chasing to understand the reason for the hold ups. Saying that, when it came to the end of the process and our exchange and completion, Delyth kept us updated via email as needed.
