An painfully slow service for a very…
An painfully slow service for a very straight forward remortgage. Emails unanswered, phone calls unreturned. documents already submitted asked for again - incompetent. To top it all off TLS held on to our new mortgage loan for 2 days before settling the old mortgage (so we were paying interest on both the original loan and the new mortgage) and a week before releasing the remaining (substantial) amount of money to us. Effectively we were paying interest for money to sit in their bank account. It has taken me multiple phone calls for TLS to finally release our loan to us. I cannot recommend.

TLS solicitors for conveyancing
Matthew Traynor and Jahmilla Dobson kept me up to speed and the buyers solicitors on their toes. The sale of my mother's bungalow was dealt with very efficiently. Yes, I know there were lots of questions, but that's par for the course these days. Anything I had difficulty with they were on the end of a phone immediately. I highly recommend them.
