Dealing with my local branch in Newquay was very good and Amelia was very thorough and quick to get things moving to produce my new Will. Although I only met her colleague Ellie briefly she stood out for being very professional and polite/friendly as well.
My only frustration was having to deal with another person in a London office who did not make the changes I had requested and so it was sorted in Newquay on the day of signing. Maybe too many people getting involved.

Really easy process and nice people to deal with. Billy Barret was great when I signed my documentation and everything happened really efficiently.

I needed to get my will updated - relatively quickly. The team was very efficient on the phone; giving me a date and time for a meeting the following week. Plus, they sent me a questionnaire which helped me think through my wishes as well as help them prepare for the meeting.
