Garbage, crap and stupid customer service. I bought 2 sets of headlamps.
I never had a headlamp that works with rechargeable accumulators. I got them bear bond. I contact them and ask what the problem is? They say that that's how I order them bla bla bla. I paid 20 $ for a set, while they advertise now complete set with accumulators, 110v and 12 volts charger for 18$. I ask so for the chargers and accumulators , and they refused. I want to return them, they want me to pay for the shipping. Let's say it's my mistake, let's say they are right and \i am wrong. As we speak they sell a complete set for less than I pay, and they won't help. Stay away. Terrible customer service . I will never ever buy from this Crappy Mart.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! The worst customer service ever. I ordered online for a TENOR saxophone case. I put that exact wording into their search so I would receive a case for a large saxophone not the smaller ALTO saxophone case that they had listed as well. The case I selected was the only one that came up for a Tenor Saxophone so I ordered. The shipping was on time but the item was the wrong size. So I emailed them back for the correct item. I was informed that I made the mistake and that I would have to pay the return shipping. The problem is that I did the search and they listed it as a case to fit the tenor saxophone. So I felt like I should not have to be hit with the return fee and I emailed them back. Well five emails later the nasty customer service agent "APHRODITE" sent this:
"Our size is correct. and our warehouse just this size case, Dimensions (25.59 × 9.45 × 5.12)" / (65 × 24 × 13)cm (L x W x H) . according to your picture, it can not fit your saxophone. so it is that you placed an wrong items. like this condition. we will not be responsible for return shipping fee. Hoping you can understand. you can also measure this Dimensions by yourself."
The snarky remarks are all in every email response you get. Basically its your fault if you shop here. This will be the first and last time I get anything from here. And I will make sure to post this to Facebook and tell everyone I know. I shop online almost daily and I have never had issues like I had with this place. NEVER AGAIN!

The item was shipped reasonable time, but I had a problem with the item I got. I gave 5 stars because I had the best customer service experience. They were very supportive about my problem. I feel great and without doubt, I will continue to shop this site. If you like to shop online, would totally recommend this company!

this past order is the second time I've bought 12 volt led light bulbs and they have sent 100 to 220 volt bulbs. worthless for off grid living with a 12 volt system

Ordered canopy for wedding. It will not stay together. It is junk. Asked to return, they want me to pay to return deffective product. This company is a scam.should have read the reviews and ratings. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered 3 watches, only 1 works well, the other 2 didn´t work at all. So I told it the customersupport and they promissed me two new watches.
I got the watches one month later and these new ones didn´t also work at all.
I´ll never buy anything from this company. I think they sell 50 % broken
items and make their money at this way and some good reviews looks like
selfmade!!!!!!!!!!

Each item I have purchased from Tmart.com has been exactly as described, worked as advertised and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend buying from them as they have great prices and products.

Everything has been what they have advertised it to be. Decent prices. Customer support responds in a timely fashion. I have ordered some unique items, like 5 Arduino Nano's, and happy to experiment on them. I find it some what like Christmas when my packages arrive.

The advertised items that I bought were of poor quality and required previous return approval at our expense. A lot of these items came from China's warehouse, which made it difficult and expensive to return them, even if you get an approval. I placed 9 orders with Tmart and 5 out 9 were junk. I should have waited for one of the orders' arrival and evaluate it before placing the rest of the orders.
The dashboard car camera was pure junk.
The wi-fi security camera didn't work half of the time.
The cell phone scope was a joke. The clip to attach the phone to the scope did not hold it in place.
The laser sight came in with no instructions and no indication of which gun type you can use it with.
The cell wrist watch worked partially for 3 days in my iphone, then it disconnected and I was not able to connect it again.
I am sorry that I bought these items from Tmart. The prices lure you into buying their items, but the products are cheap. Don't waste your money.
I will continue to buy from Amazon and Ebay.

Warning! Stay away from this company. Selling it's products to the western world, but is based in Hong kong and does not follow western business etiquette. When you receive anything that is not working they will hassle you for pointless information for multiple days (emails back and forth) and insult you with statements like "you must not have put it together correctly", and at the end, they agree to take the product back, but ask YOU to pay for the return shipping of THEIR FAULTY CRAP!

The shopping experience is generally good. Browsing the website and finding desired products is pretty quick and easy. I have generally had not problems finding and purchasing a products. The free shipping is also a plus for Tmart. However, is you receive defective or broken products, you will be stuck with them. You will not be able to return them for a refund or replacement. Tmart promised me an email with return label for returning defective products, but the email never came. So you are purchasing at the risk of giving up your money for a useless product.
