Great prices sometimes you get what you pay for . So if you see something at less than half price of qwhat you would normally pay....don't be surprised if it isn't Top Quality . That being said , I am 90% happy with all of my purchases from TMart

I've been using the ticket system on their website to contact them previously on 3 occasions without a reply. I ordered 4 items on 2018-01-31 for which I only received 2 items.
The items are:
1. E27 infrared PIR motion sensor light bulb switch holder converter white $9.29
2. High capacity 10000mAh dual-usb solar power battery charger mobile power blue $14.39
3. Solar powered mosquito pest insect killer zapper lantern LED lamp light black random delivery $17.99
4. Snow chain 165-265mm car tire snow anti-skid chains beef tendon thickening chain $14.69

I received the first 2 items but has been waiting for the remaining 2. On March 23, 2018 I received a refund of $12.81 and I don't even know what item this refund is for. If a refund is going to be issued, it should be on the 2 items not sent by tmart ($17.99 +$14.69 = $32.68).

I've read about all the bad reviews but I hope they will rectify this issue.

TMart has a good reputation with the products they sell. However one time, they shorted one item in the order. I complained, and they refunded my money for the item it was not delivered.

After purchasing what I thought was a well priced product from this company, I soon realised it was not well priced at all! Upon delivery of the item I received a bill for almost the value of the product I had purchased. This additional invoice was for 'Customs, duties'. I live in a country with Euros as the currency and I paid in Euros, so I didn't consider this. Also, at the point of sale there were no clear notifications that additional costs may be incurred. After querying this with the company they 'hide' behind at what can only be considered vague small print. And that is for those people who read through ALL small print.
My advice is ASK before you buy! Be clear how much you will be paying. Don't get stung like I did.

They have been excellent thru several years offering excellent prices and customer support. Delivery times are slow because of their location (except if you order items from their US warehouse) and the free economy shipping

I thought I was ordering from a UK company. The electrical product was from China and didn't have a UK compliant plug on it. I contacted the Company who are in Hong Kong. I asked if I could return it. They said they won't pay postage, want a tracking number and a photo to prove receipt of postage. Basically trying to put me off returning the item. I won't bother using this company again. A shame as I have several clients who would also purchase this product.

I purchased a product and the very next day, not even 24 hours later, the price went down $2.00. Tmart's policy:

"Before the shipment of your order, you may feel free to contact us if you find there is any price down for the products you bought from our website. We will make compensation for the price difference. The compensation includes below：

* The price difference between the one you've paid and mark down will be refunded.

* You will get extra $2 gift card for your next purchase.states that as long as the product hasn't shipped they will adjust the price and give you a $2.00 discount"

When I checked the website it said my order hadn't shipped. I asked for a price correction and was denied because they said the package had shipped and gave me a tracking number. I tracked it and it had not shipped. Now three days later it still shows as not shipped on Tmart's website and the same with the tracking number and yet still no price adjustment!

Update:
Although I am pleased to see that Tmart is doing the right thing by agreeing to adjust the price of my purchase, they have clearly not admitted that they have lied about the shipping of my order. As you can see by Tmart's response, they said that there was a problem with their system and that the order didn't update in a timely manner. The order was in fact not shipped until I gave them this negative review. Hours after posting this review I got an email from them saying my order had shipped. That email contained a link to track the shipment (a different link from the one Tmart gave me originally in their response to my question on their website) and when I used it to track the shipment it said that it was shipped out on 04/07/2018. I never did get an email from Tmart saying that they were going to issue the credit. I did get an email from PayPal confirming that the credit was issued.

Tmart still needs to own up and admit to the fact that they have lied about the shipping of my order (and I'm sure countless others) and stop this deceptive practice.

I will say that I have made 2 other purchases form Tmart (and so has my daughter) in the past and had no problems with any of those orders. However, those orders came form Tmart's US warehouse and not their one in China.

Great site fast delivery and product is of highest quality

I like to buy by T-Mart, it is very easy and very save!

1. The shipping time is horrible. More than 3 weeks is inacceptable. Better shipping time on other China web store.
2. The quality is acceptable but not durable. A lot of devices fail after a month of use.
3. Communication with the webstore people is correct.

Some decent products but many not worth the, small, cost and Tmart do not publish negative reviews so you cannot trust the product reviews.
Disappointing customer service as they seem to continually ask pointless questions until you decide that 'the book is not worth the candle'

Update; 10 months on and their customer service has leapt into action!

Received the things I have ordered in great condition and in a timely matter! :-)

Lots of junk products that do not function for at least a week! i could not leave a review on those products (their system did not let me post the review!) and customer chat is available only during limited hours.. shipments take couple of months to arrive!!!

I am a first time buyer of Tmart. But it was very simple and easy search, choose and buy.The payment option was also what I wished (paypal ) to have. Tmsrt has other payment methods too.I will visit this website and buy more items in future. FYI I am an ebay customer .Tmart changed it.Thanks Tmart.
