Should get a negative stars review. Horrible service, wasted all day waiting at home, no door knock, nothing, didn't even attempt delivery. Called me from No Caller ID, which I picked up, they didn't... See more

Terrible Service, Damaged my Products and Charged me extra after 1 Month!
I booked with TNT Express at times where it was economically making sense.
Little did I know that they would damage multiple orders for my customers, for expensive products.
I lost alot of money through the careless handling of their delivery drivers. This has happened to more than half of the packages I have booked with TNT Express. I also never ever got my claim on damage, approved, EVERY SINGLE TIME, THE CLAIM WAS REJECTED.
Shame on this company for the lack of care that the delivery drivers provide to the packages that they handle.
On top of that, on more than 75% of the orders that I have booked with this company, even though I took care in determining the right measurements and weight, I have been sent invoices for underpaid packages, for packages that I supposedly provided the incorrect measurements for!
I have never had this experience with any other courier.
Shame on this company, for providing zero value to your customers and not even that, charging money for taking value away from your customers.
I am much better off without this courier ever providing service to me ever again. If I find that it is economically viable to use this company for some customers, I will cancel these orders moving forward in place of booking with this company.
They recently sent me more than 5 invoices telling me that I had underpaid packages booked 1 month ago!
Shame on you, you are covering up for lost revenue by falsely charging your customers for delivering their packages.
This business model is built on being dodgy
Terrible service, mistreating packages, misleading accounting, falsely charging customers.
NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN Will I ever use this company for anything, absolutely negative value provided.
Lack of communication within their team…
Lack of communication within their team and driver. Firstly I called them to ask where my parcel is as I never got a text msg, apparently, driver forgot to put a 0 in front of my mobile number so didn't get message. They informed driver to drop my parcel at a local exchange point, so I could pick up today as i needed it for an event this weekend. They told me driver has already scanned it and definitely to be dropped off at the local exchange. I still haven't got a message which exchange to pick up from, so now i don't have my goods for the event. BAD SERVICE - I would give 0 star if it was an option.

It look`s like I join with the other customers in the lousy service given by TNT.
I waited all day yesterday ( 22/9/20 ) `parcel in transit` but could not deliver, no one home.
I use a particular company in the US and will be emailing them not to use TNT again in the future.

No matter how many times I called, the information, that the delivery address was CHANGED, isn't on the first screen, the operators have to be alert enough to open ANOTHER window, to see a 'investigation' launched!
If i could give a minus i would
If i could give a minus i would. Despite contacting the company giving verbal conformation and a email to leave a parcel. It still was taken back and took days to get delivered again.
Next time this happened i asked company why they dont allow customers before hand to arrange delivery preference like Aust Post. Same rubbish for that parcel.
Today ive been home all day waiting for parcel. Card left on doorstep no use of doorbell and ive got to wait till next week for redeliverly on something that is already overdue.
Now i will ask where i shop if they use TNT as couriers if so i wont shop there. How hard can it be to let your customers give delivery authority online before due date.
Avoid At All Costs
I sent something I had sold on Ebay and a week later (after sending it as Next Day Delivery), I received a message including photo's of a damaged casing and cover on the item I sent. I used a bubble wrap envelope so no damaged should have occurred unless it had been stood on. I sent it with no damage and yet when the collector opened it I can't imagine his dismay and disappointment. I have never had such poor service in all the time using couriers but TNT have proven to be the worst of all. I shall never use them again.
Pathetic and hopeless organisation
A star for your bad service???? If I could rate TNT then it would be below zero. Absolutely poor service. I received my parcel after 33 days and when I asked for an inquiry then I was told to contact account holder. TNT should be doing it to improve service.
Suggestion: DO NOT USE TNT.
The man (sorry I didnt get his name)…
The man (sorry I didnt get his name) who delivered to me this morning (southern suburbs of Adelaide) was the most fantastic delivery person I have ever come across. Well done and many thanks.
TNT can't deliver
Needed three attempts over four days to drop off at our house. Aussie Post, DHL etc no issue - for some reason we are too hard for TNT.
Every interaction with customer service staff and depot staff was rude, uncaring and unhelpful.
They don't care about my experience as I'm not their paying customer, and it shows.
Beyond the ACCC …
Beyond unacceptable in the entirety of this service! A complete joke for a supposedly iconic Australian brand! Reviews and testimonies such as these that I read bring more to light in justifying sharing my experience too - which sadly is much the same. Everyone who purchases online, or by any other means, watches eagerly for their delivery. I know many across Australia who do this. I watched my order progress online via the TNT Express tracking feature - and in this ambiguity there seems to be conflicting data and information regarding the consignments where about. I gave benefit of the doubt, and anticipated my delivery at the designated ETA which was Monday between 9am until 5pm. During this time I’ve had to cancel all activities including work to not miss the delivery. Nothing arrived! So I then made an online inquiry to my consignment. Received a follow up call the next morning advising it will be delivered between again ...you guessed it! 9am until 5pm! Again I watched the tracking with anticipation. Until I became concerned that a repeat was in play. I called TNT Express but only getting automated voice prompts I persisted - to have notes made about my failed delivery. I was assured a follow up call that day. Slowly time ticks by and I have to follow up again to only be hung up on! So after two online complaints were submitted along with another consignment inquiry, I followed up again with another call - to then be told I will receive a call back. The Team Leader of the driver calls and proceeds to explain the situation vehemently defending the drivers actions without hearing my concerns. At this point I’m fuming And my voice has risen! He then proceeds to claim I’m being abusive and threatens he will hang up and I will miss the remainder of his resolve. At no point did I use abusive language. He then called me a pork chop and subtly suggested I may miss out on perhaps possibly receiving my consignment today. His conclusion was to hang up. This again left my perspective of TNT Express staff at a very low point. Another 2 phone calls with apologies and there is nothing we can do for you today because our driver has returned your consignment back to the depot. In discussions it was made clear that online reviews are always bad and do not hold any weight with resolving or improving TNT Express confidence in brand and customer service experiences at all. Yet there are continually growing complaints of a similar nature to the lazy efforts of drivers who do not knock at the door to deliver! Seems this corporate entity has lost its values and work ethics completely and are a** about face. TNT’s integrity simply could not care about the service or the experience they leave with their customers. TNT’s ineffective processes are in full swing and no one is willing or has the guts to want to improve the way things are. It’s lazy and complacent - just like the service they proudly flaunt. A embarrassment and disgraceful company! I will make every attempt to seek the attention of higher management to relay and make it known my indescribable contempt for the below poor quality TNT Express presents.
The worst shipping company ever!!!
The worst shipping company ever!!!

Leave you a card and take your consignment to a depot regardless of being at home or not! Then, you have to ring them dozens of times until and only if you can get it redelivered with a significant delay. They just keep apologising on the phone; I don't need your apology, deliver my consignment!
Worst delivery company there is, is this.
Worst experience ever. No customer service at all even though they have a phone number on their site, it's just offline.
Drivers don't answer to their phones either, when your delivery is 4 hours late, but they still are making deliveries for 1 hour.
The day was Friday and I bet the driver just CBA'd to make his shift til its over.
Got call to plan the delivery day on wednesday 2 days earlier.
No customer service available, no nothing anywhere, no answers to emails nothing!
They just leave you there without giving any information, without an apologize, without making a new delivery plan... nothing.. you just wonder that did they stole it or what is this? Really unsure feeling.
I had to wait over the weekend to even get answered to the phone and ppl answering are rly rude and dont know anything about customer service work.
Finally we got a new delivery plan made and I got my package 3 days late. When asked about the incident and reasons for it
(to maby understand if they like had some kind of situation for example bad weather conditions wich made the delivery in time impossible, then I would understand and no problem ofc)
they just "didn't know anything about it, they just work there".
I would suggest everyone to avoid this company, unless you want the worst service you can have.
