Customer service is terrible. Item out of stock but no communication and when I chased I got a rude response with no apology. Still waiting for my shirt.

Nice embroidered badge

I bought a black rugby vintage jumper the one with the embroidered rose for England looks good a nice cheaper version of the Kent and curwen style however the material the rose is sewn onto has mostly come away when I washed it before use and the rest is bobbled so looks worn out

Ordered a shirt for my sons birthday

Ordered a shirt for my sons birthday. It was clear from the website that it would take slightly longer due to it being a kids shirt that is specially made but I went ahead with the purchase as my son had asked for it as I have a similar adult 1. I was emailed by toffs asking if it was a gift and that they could send a card out free of charge with a message for my son. This was a really nice touch and the card came quickly and was lovely to give my son on the day so he could look forward to it coming. The shirt arrived today and as always with toffs it is excellent quality and looks great. Thanks for a great service will 100% recommend and use again.

Congratulations toffs ordered a 1967 1970 Nottingham forest shirt on Friday 5th march at 1600 and
by Saturday 6th March it arrived and it was good quality.lm only saying this because I ordered the same top in November 2020 from SOCCER UK the money came out of my account the next day and it still hasn't arrived.No

Awesome quality and fit

Just received a couple of tops I ordered and they are fantastic. Really good quality and great fit. Communication was first rate. Only downside was the time and could have mentioned the delay on the website but this is probably sorted now with the site upgrade.

Quality Product

I ordered a retro 1956 - 1962 Blackpool Football shirt and it's brilliant! The quality of the shirt is great and the badge looks the real deal. I had an approx 3 week wait for it and made an enquiry about the status of the order in that time, they were very responsive and taking into consideration the Covid carry-on, delays are understandable. What can I say, it was worth the wait! I believe this company is a UK family run business; supporting our own, I'd have no issue buying from then again.

Item has arrived however a crown paint shirt has arrived. Totally different shirt received. So disappointing.
I have emailed as I need a RMA number to return the I correct item.

Satisfied as usual...

I have been a big fan of TOFFS retro shirts for a long time now, and I have bought shirts both directly from TOFFS and on various auction sites. I agree that delivery times can be a bit long sometimes, but I believe the quality is great and worth the wait. I find the website is quite good (easy to find your way round) and prices are fair so overall what’s not to like? I just received two shirts and as usual I am very satisfied.

We at TOFFS (The Old Fashioned Football Shirt Company) have NO connection whatsoever with “ToffsDeals” and would advise you to call your bank immediately if you have been a victim of these fraudsters.

Toffs are a small family run business based in the north of England, we manufacture and sell retro inspired football and in more recent years some rugby shirts. Our items are manufactured in house and sometimes to order therefore production can take up to 28 days during busier periods.

We are active on social media and can be contacted via the email address or phone number listed on our website. An earlier reviewer mentioned they called the number on the charge, as this charge is not connected to Toffs in anyway this number will not connect you to us. Please call or use one of our official contact us methods if you would like to be in touch further as I'm unsure if a review can become a discussion.

What's the charge for????

I, too, have been charged $12.47 from you for 4 months now and have no idea what we bought. I have been trying to find out but the phone number that shows up on my bank statement is not a good number - no surprise there! I have talked with my bank and I have to try to resolve this myself. I have just sent an email to the address on line and hope to get some kind of any answer back soon.

I'm startled to learn you have been being charged monthly and haven't contacted us about this. Toffs don't have a paid subscription service therefore no reason for this to be the case, we also don't have the facility to do this; partially because we have no need for it due to not having anything to subscribe to (other than our emails which are of course free to receive) but mostly to ensure the safety and security of our customers details.

Toffs only currently charge via PayPal for online orders, or card details can be provided for a one off payment for your purchase over the phone. These details aren't stored anywhere on our database.

If you haven't already done so please speak to your bank about this charge to find out who it actually is and to ensure this cannot be set up on your new account.

So now for a honest review.
Indeed as other customers describe communication is not fast.
The seccond time i wrote there was a answer.
Al together after 2 weeks i received my order.
The compagny is defenitly no fraud since they always deliver their goods.
We are spoiled these days by 24 hours delivery, when a company takes longer we tend to rate them low.
But 2 weeks is not that bad ( also considering i live in Holland so international shipping )
Toffs has a great collections of shirts not availible in anny other store.
Good luck finding my Malta shirt or a Luxembourg or nice vintage Antwerp shirt.
Quality is just good, no risk there either.
Its just a nice collection of rare and vintage tee’s.
Overal curious what they will make in the future.
Mabey a 19th century England shirt?
Or since they are a part of the UK, Gibraltar 😄
So much nicer than going to your local shop and buy a plastic Barcelona shirt, you wil be person nr 1000000 with the same shirt.

Delivery to Europe is taking longer at the moment due to COVID as we ship via International Royal Mail who pass the parcels on to local postal services and sometimes couriers such as GLS (depending on the European Country destination).

Very Poor

Same issue that has previously been mentioned about this company.
Ordered a shirt for my Dad's birthday - then get an email stating my order is out of stock and could take up to 28 days. Too late!
Why not just advise the item is out of stock before ordering.
Feels like a bit of a scam to be honest. Very poor.

Order delayed by a couple of weeks

Order delayed by a couple of weeks. At no point was I given a tracking number by Toffs and I had to follow up myself. Then my contact details were not given to the delivery company and they were unable to deliver it. I then had to pay additional sotrage/delivery charges to actually get my top.

I'm sorry to learn you're disappointed regarding the circumstances surrounding your delivery. From your emails I've accessed your order and can see a shipping notice was issued on 18th August when the parcel was dispatched via Royal Mail. They have since passed this to their delivery partner in your local area.

Similarly to the UK, if there are any issues surrounding the delivery a card should be left to advise. Which the Royal Mail website indicates has occurred. I'm not personally aware of anywhere charging storage or collection fees, however, there can often be import costs; which Toffs are not liable for. Once the parcel has left our premises Toffs have no control over the package and don't pass on our customers details in line with GDPR and data protection Laws.

Great quality shirts

Great quality shirts, but rather pricey. You can buy cheaper replica shirts off eBay. My only gripe is the waiting times for delivery. If it is.not in stock like most of their shirts, you have to wait up to 3 weeks for it to be made and delivery.
