I find this dental practice very professional and make me feel at ease on every visit. I found Michelle the hygienist whom I visited for the first time yesterday, very informative, and I learnt more from her in one visit than many to my dentist.

Regular hygienist appt. The hygienist was professional, caring and helped with my anxiety. Essential care made easier to manage.

Firstly the receptionist are lovely and our regular dentist is absolutely amazing.
Recently my daughter needed an emergency appointment, due to a possible abscess, my daughter had a cold sore, and the emergency dentist she was given at together dentist refused to help, saying that it was part of policy because the virus can goes through gloves, and said come back in a week. I explained 111 was aware that she’d also had an appointment at hospital and they were fine. The dentist said well they aren’t the ones touching it they would say that. We were forced to get back in touch with 111, and saw another dentist locally who treated my daughter with kindness and compassion. She had been in pain since Saturday, trying so hard to get help from a dentist, prolonged because an appointment was given by together dental, then we had to go back through the 111 service and start all over again because together dental refused service when she arrived.
I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous that a virus can goes through gloves, I even repeated it back to check that’s what was said. The embarrassment as well with the comment of discus “well their not the ones touching it”
The policy states that routine appointments should be postponed but emergency appointments will be seen.
It was a real shock, as we have always had fantastic care given in all other appointments, I was completely unexpected.

I loved the 'bed side manner' and friendly faces all round.

The reception staff at this surgery are so pleasant and helpful.
I managed to get a dental check-up and hygienist appt one after the other; so helpful for a nearly 50 mile round trip. The hygienist was new to me, but helpful and encouraging, thankyou Michelle.
My dental appt was also friendly, and easy; what a success!

From receptionists to dentists everyone was very friendly. It’s a lovely, bright and welcoming surgery. My dentist, Dr Abdollahi is amazing.

J is autistic, given detailed explanations of issues and future treatment. J was treated with respect and he felt relaxed. Well done staff.

I had to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed. I can’t say how thankful I am towards the dentist Mustafa and his nurse. They put me at such ease and kept me calm during the procedure! They were so kind and patient with me and explained everything in clear detail!

I went for tooth extraction for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed. Got a warm welcome right from the receptionist to both dentist that took out my tooth. The environment is also clean and very neat.
Will really recommend this dental surgery. 5*.

Both the dentist and the hygienist were very helpful and professional gave good advice which I took to ensure the health of my teeth.

Booking system is easy to use. Reception staff pleasant .But the star of the practice is Michelle the hygienist she is patient kind and most of listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend Michelle if you are the nervous type.

Appointment and treatment was on time and good treatment and advice.. Only problem I always encounter is that there is never provision for dealing with cash settlements ie.. Sharon always has to scramble for change from personal provisions and this has gone on for years.. Otherwise great practice. Thankyou

Being a nervous patient and the dentist I had usually seen had moved I was not particularly looking forward to my annual check up. However Soosan and her nurse were absolutely fantastic. I was met with a cheery welcome, and was put at ease straight away. The usual dreaded x rays were actually fine this time and I was given a thorough check up and clean. Everything was explained carefully. I cannot recommend enough.
