Ordered 2 lots of glossy thick paper, and despite each pack being in boxes, they're both damaged due to using really thin cardboard to pack everything - as obviously it's been dropped in transit.

All the paper is now bent on one corner and so is going back for a refund.

I understand mistakes happen, so will see how easy the return/replacement procedure is and update this once done.

EDIT: A very quick & painless replacement was sent for both reams, so happy to use this company again. But the packaging left a lot to be desired.

Toner delivered next day to a separate location. Much appreciated

I ordered original Samsung toner cartridges (a bundle of four colours) which, as usual, were received very quickly. However, when I replaced the black toner, my printer stated that it was incompatible. I spoke to Toner Giant who arranged a replacement. So far, so good. However, I recently replaced the yellow toner and my printer gave the same message - incompatible. I therefore presumed that this was an issue with the bundle of toner cartridges (given this happened to both the black and yellow toners). Quite surprising given that these were original Samsung toners. On this occasion, I e-mailed toner giant who stated that the issue appears to be with my printer. I explained that it was not the printer as I have since purchased a further black toner which worked with no problems. Despite this, I received no reply, and now I am left with a yellow toner that is incompatible (and therefore essentially useless) as well as the remaining two toners from the same bundle (which I expect to encounter the same problems with). I have subsequently purchased a yellow toner from an alternative supplier which works perfectly (again demonstrating that it is not my printer that has the issues), and leading me to leave this review. Although my experience with Toner Giant is isolated to this one bad experience, both my own and my companies business will now be with another supplier.

I waited for a HP compatible ink to come into stock and sadly couldn’t risk running out … I ordered the HP version and it arrived quickly saving the day!

We had a new printer delivered and I inadvertently ordered the wrong cartridges. We realised this 7 weeks later when we wanted to replace one of the toners. My error, and I appreciate that. However, having asked if I could return and order the correct ones, bearing in mind these are £698 orders, I was told there was a 20% restocking fee costing me £139.00! So, instead of securing all of my future business, they have now lost all of my business.
