My refund has not been processed as promised. I returned a quantity of unopened compatible toner cartridges, following the issue of an RMA. My refund has not arrived, and emails to the company go unanswered.

I shopped around for replacement cartridges for our printer and Tonergiant was very competitively priced so I placed the order. They arrived within a few days, and earlier than scheduled, plus there was a little gift inside that I thought was a very nice touch. Will definitely use this company again.

I have dealt with Tonergiant many times without problem. Yesterday I got to sample customer service for the first time and can say without issue that it is fantastic and a credit to the company.
A problem arose with a cartridge, just one of those things. I telephoned the helpline and Louise took immediate charge of the problem. I was guided through a couple of simple fix steps but they did not work. No bother - less than 24 hours after raising the issue the replacement cartridge was delivered to my door.

Again Tonergiant have provided an excellent service, never had a problem with them. They happily replaced a toner which I purchased 18 months ago and had only recently put into the machine and found it leaked leaving yellow streaks on my documents.

Prompt delivery and sensible price. Faultless.

My first two purchases went smoothly, and without a problem - unfortunately it has not been the same this time. I didn't realise until 24 hours after the order should have arrived that it hadn't, so contacted Customer Services - I received an apology, I was told that apparently there had been unsuccessful delivery attempts (I had not been contacted, and was puzzled as we are the centre of the post code), and they would try to re-ship the next working day; when it didn't arrive by 24 hours after the next delivery date, I contacted Customer Services again - I received another apology, but was told the toners were now out of stock; it was going to be some days before they were back in stock, so I was asked if I would prefer to cancel the order and have a refund, I accepted this but I am still awaiting confirmation of the refund. This is disappointing, as up to now I had been very happy with their service.

Easy to order, competitive pricing especially for multiple sets, although I'm yet to use the cartridges. Also got a 10% voucher for my next order.

Many thanks for all the help in sorting the toner needed for my printer. Once changed printer worked fine.

Great service. Ordered Wed afternoon, arrived Thursdays morning post.Good price too. So far ink nice and black, no complaints and recommend to all. Will def. buy again from this Tonergiants.
