Would have been nice if they had got back to me when the item came back into stock as they said they would, under delivery on this point only, I kept an eye and when I didn't hear ordered online

I bought a set of Vintage Tremolo springs from Toneworld and they were despatched and with me 24 hours BEFORE I placed the order!

The turn around was very fast and whilst it is a small item I felt that Toneworld made the effor to get the item sent to me as soon as possible.

The price was the cheapest on the web too and P&P charges v. reasonable.

I'm a yank who used Toneworld to import a guitar that's rare in the US. Gary responded to many of my emails within minutes - A feat, considering the 8-hour time difference. A week after the guitar was delivered, he remained quick to communicate with me on Customs paperwork - It makes me want to bother him with Lacey Act forms again in a future purchase.

I ordered a pedal for next day delivery that did not ship in time. The owner called immediately explaining the problem and insured the pedal left the next day and sent me 2 sets or ernie ball strings of my choice for free.

Bought a couple of things from here now, first one was an ISP Decimator second was a Diamond Compressor. Both orders handled perfectly and arrived next day sent by trackable means - will definately use these guys again.
