12/5/22 I have used your contact form before with no problem, I tried it again on Monday without attaching photos and it worked so it might be your form or my device, what is wrong is your attempt to blackmail me into removing this feed back, you won't give me a quote until I do so,I replied to you to let you know what was going on,I sold you a milwaukee m12 drill in February and left you 5 star feedback so I am genuinely a returning customer and this is how I am treated? Great service. Website could be better
Website easy to use. Product arrive on time and as described. Customer services responsive and helpful. When I ordered online the website did not give an option for over night delivery. I had to ask for the Hermes tracking code from customer services. I feel I should have received it in an automated email when my order was completed. Otherwise happy with product, price and service.

This was a very simple and straightforward process which only took 3 days from start to finish, I got a quote I was happy with and sent the drill off on Monday evening, by Wednesday tea time the money was in my bank for the full amount I was offered, I would definitely recommend these guys without any hesitation
