Great website , easy to navigate, the most competive priced product after carrying out a comparison and then really fast delivery with free mystery gifts - exceeded expectations - highly recommend, will use again !

Good price, good service

The product purchased was delivered promptly. Communication regarding delivery was good. A good price and a good service. The 'random' elements are more of a gimmick than a genuine practical addition.

I ordered 2 electric wax burners and…

I ordered 2 electric wax burners and unfortunately, the bulbs were not working. I wrote to them requesting 2 new bulbs. There was no issue - they posted them right away and i am happy t say all is great. Great service - would definitely order from them again.

Very helpful staff- I had to phone and was pleased to get a good response (I messed up the order first time)
They quickly rectified my mistake and wheels arrived a few days later. (also thanks to the warehouse staff)
My only quibble was the wheel's brakes didn't work on opening. but after some manipulation and Fairy Liquid I got them to work. Don't think I should have had to do that on new wheels...Also the 'free' gifts are a bit useless- some were fit for the bin immediately. Advice is to get rid of your old stock another way. Aside from that all good.
