Very speedy delivery and even some handy freebies that were of use.

Ordered a socket on 48hours delivery. Item was showing despatched next day, but couldn’t be tracked on Royal Mail site. Two days later, still not showing on Royal Mail site. Contacted supplier who immediately posted a replacement on 24 hours delivery and I received this the next day.
Don’t know what happened to the first item, but issue was quickly resolved.

Good but received request for review in advance of delivery, which was slight cause for concern. Goods have since been safely delivered.

Please avoid this company. They do not honour the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Came across this seller after my 1/2" drive torque wrench broke and I needed a replacement. I'm a fan of the draper ones as they're affordable and good quality. After a Google search Tooltime UK offered the best prices so decided to give them a try. The checkout process was simple/straight forward and my purchase arrived when they said it would. I would buy from them again.

The only thing I didn't understand was the offers in my checkout basket. My order invoice showed 3 items as free. What they describe as 3 x mystery items with a minimum RRP of £0.50 each. When my order arrived it was just the torque wrench. And whilst I wasnt exactly disappointed in not receiving my free items, I don't understand why the checkout process includes these if nothing is being sent out.
My biggest factor on choosing where to spend my money is price, so I would consider buying from them again.

Item (Draper compost bin) arrived in quick time, but despite explicit instructions to NOT SEND THE FREE GIFT(S) that cannot be removed from the basket, the next day I received a box of cheap tat like crappy LED lamps and face masks that I now have to get rid of.

Good timely correction to faulty part. EXCELLENT SUPPORT BY EMAIL. PHONE Response poor. Happy overall.
