I’ve just bought a car from MG Basildon and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. George has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, from viewing the car right through to purchasing it. He couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and made the whole experience completely stress-free.

The car itself is fantastic and I’m so pleased with my purchase. I’ve been so impressed that my friend is now planning a trip to MG Basildon soon to purchase one for herself!

Had my mot done at mg today, the customer service I have received from not only the receptionist (Mia) but also the technician (Krys) was absolutely amazing. Absolute 10/10 service I would highly recommended to anyone due to the customer service I have received.

I had my 2nd service today at Toomey MG, I was looked after by Mia Charters from the service dept. I was most impressed with her Customer ServIce skills and pleasant demeana, If MG know what is good for them they should give her a chance to develope within the business.

Bought my second MG ZS from Basildon branch. Great customer service from George. Everything was explained and picked up my new car Tuesday 1st. Always made to feel welcome whenever I take my car in for service , mot. Thank you and enjoying my new car.

Had an issue with the service light coming on a few days after my service. Called into Toomey Basildon this morning and in no time at all Mia got the issue sorted and I was back out on the road.

Great customer service by Mia took me in with welcoming smile and made me comfortable as a customer.
Tea coffee bar needs refilling but thats minor, was informed possibly 2 hrs service but was done in an hour and 15 mins.
All in all great service.

I would like to say a huge thanks to Giovanni at MG Basildon. Earlier today my car wouldn’t start - we called AA who identified that the battery was being drained due to an initialising issue with the radio. The AA managed to charge the battery but warned me that this was likely to happen again. As we were going away for the weekend in the car I was pretty stressed by this so I quickly drove to MG Basildon and arrived 20 mins before closing time with zero expectations that anything could be done today. However Giovanni advised a software update would resolve the issue and he would do it straight away (even thought it meant going passed closing time) to give me peace of mind. I really want to say this was extremely good service and way beyond what I was expecting. Thanks so much Giovanni.
