Great recall service from MG and staff Mia/Kamil
Had a recall service today which was carried out efficiently and promptly. They also took a look at squeaky breaks for me and carried out a brake clean free of charge. Mia Charters at the service desk was very friendly and helpful and the technician Kamil explained the brake situation. Overall ver pleased with the service all round.

No tyre nut connector
I was sold a second had car without a tyre nut connector. When I asked, I was told the nuts are not standard so Toomey will not replace.
Was told to go to a service station and ask then to cut them off.
I feel the after service is pathetic to non existent

This vehicle was supplied over a year ago, and we understand that you visited us prior to Christmas regarding the locking wheel nuts. At that time, our Parts team inspected the vehicle and advised that the locking nuts fitted are non-standard. Unfortunately, in such cases, replacement keys are not always available through the dealership. As a result, an alternative solution was explained, including removal by a service centre equipped with the appropriate tools.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for and regret that it has affected your perception of our aftersales service. Your feedback is important to us, and a member of our management team will be in touch with you directly to discuss this further.
