Iv just picked my third new car from Renault Toomey basildon and as iv said before from the moment I walked in the warm welcome your are give is amazing . This time round I was dealing with a salesman called David reed what I liked about David was he was not pushy he just wanted to make sure you was Comfortable in what you’re buying and that you are happy. From the moment the car was ordered to the moment I collected the car he explained everything that was happening which is lovely the odd call to say were the car was till he received it himself . Then set a video across of the car . I can’t recommend the garage enough and please ask for David reed and I’m sure your be more than happy 😃 like I was .

Having purchased many vans from new from various dealers in the southeast, Toomey is by far the worst experience and I will never return, order placed and it too 3 years to arrive but every month I was told oh just a month or so, or its ok the delivery date has slipped another 8 weeks, when it finally arrived Toomey was only interested in getting it of their forecourt. (I was overseas the day it arrived) I could live with this that’s how somethings go, however sine taking ownership iv had nothing but problems and trying to get Toomey to resolve is near on impossible, the seat belt broke, the resin floor has fallen apart, the tinted windows are peeling off and now the rear doors do not lock. None of which Toomey has addressed, the service department is not staffed by anyone with much work experience in the area, they promise updates but they never happen. 3 months and I’m still waiting will probably take 3 years like the original order.

We visited Renault to purchase a family car. Unfortunately none of the vehicles present was suitable for our child because of his height, alongside his disability.

While attending Renault we were fortunate to discuss our potential purchase with Michael Daws.
