SCAMMERS! NEVER SIGNED UP FOR MEMBERSHIP! I BOUGHT AN ITEM FROM A SITE, CLICKED ON PAYMENT OPTIONS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I AM ON A DIFFERENT SITE AND PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION!! ITS FRAUD! NEVER CLICK ON ANY LINKS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AGAIN! THE EEFUND MAIL IS ALSO FRAUDULENT. NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. WAS A HUGE ISSUE TO GET THEM TO CANCEL MY SO CALLED "SUBSCRIPTION"! I HAD TO CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THAT!

Recently left a not so positive review, which I have now removed, following emails confirming I would receive the refund I requested, I can confirm refund duly received, thank you!

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE.
Had to get my banking providers fraud unit involved because this company 1st took £3 then tried to take €2euros then took almost £40 from my account unauthorised, never signed up or even heard of/used this company before. Topbabyzone and any related companies have been blocked and a new debit card now has to be issued. The people running this should be ashamed of themselves for scamming innocent people.

This company thinks it’s above the law, they have stolen my identity, hacked into my bank account, ignored a DESAR. The staff have no respect for disabled people and treat them as if I’m something they stepped in that a stray dog left behind. Both bree and kenopoku tonight enjoyed the pain they put me through by refusing to pick a phone up and ringing me someone who’s hands don’t work. Last week the front line staff I spoke to had the same attitude of lying to avoid putting someone on the phone who could deal with the very serious issues!

After another 100 attempts to talk to a manager to by phone to be told as I'm disabled I'm stupid and not allowed the equal rights to complain, when I ask the agent why they have stolen my identity, stolen money from me they just put the phone down. I have left messages on the answer Phone and they don't get answered, I have done live chat and had a friend email in with no reply. This must be part of an organized crime gang. ring me today!!!!!!! as I have now told the police. AFTER ANOTHER 50 ATTEMPTS TO CALL THE FRAUDLANT COMPANY ALL THEY DO IS ABUSE DISABLED PEOPLE THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM. I DONT BELEIVE THERE ARE ANY ONE WORKINK APART FROM 6 OR SO FREINDS ON A BIG SCAM
