complained that money had been taken from my account back in April - I posted a bad review with low score now, today 12/07 I have received an email saying that if I do another review giving 4/5 stars they will refund the money - but not until they see my revised "better" review.

So aparently I had an account/subscription 2023, I contacted them and queried them, it was cancelled January 2024 but as I was checking my bank statements a few days ago they have taken money yet again without consent for an account that doesn't exist. I contacted them again and I have now got a cancellation period dated 28-06-2024 and then another email today to say the cancellation period is now on the 30-06-2024.. I passed this onto the appropriate Fraud team..

The escalation team offered me an exception to get a refund for the subscription paid without my consent. They lied to me and promised to give the refund as long as I wrote a good review to their horrible website. Never trust on this people or website, they are going to do as much as possible to keep earning fraudulent money.
