Packing envelope received within 2 days of raising order on website - confirmation of arrival email received, payment received 2 days after notice of payment.

I was a little bit wary of selling my 2 phones as I had heard generally bad things about the industry. The offer I was given was the best compared to other sites, postage bag arrived quickly, e-mail confirming receipt of phones came day after posting, received e- mail confirming payment yesterday & the money is in my account this morning! They offer a better price than most and quickly send out a phone pack. They quickly notify when they receive the phone then take a few days to check it. All in all a very good service.

Easy to use site and quite quick response. Only issue was that an email I sent to enquiries was never replied to, but it wasn't essential anyway.
