I think that the package that is given for the phone to be sent off in should be improved, for example it should already have protection in it because that way we will be using less resources. Overall it was really good, the service is really easy to use and is fantastic, thank you.

The original offer was considerably reduced by 2/3rds. They wanted £6.95 to return the phone to me. They then increased there offer by £10.00 which I accepted very reluctantly.

I was given nearly twice as much as the other companys were offering me :)

Never used them before and was a little sceptical. Website was very easy to follow. Did all they asked and when could not charge phone let them know. Response was very qucik and really helpful. This service could not be simpler.

Very easy process. Completed form on-line and used printed postage label. Response to receiving phones was quick and payment made a few days later directly into my bank account.

This is the second time i have used this site and you get top class service.

I printed my own label and posted my phone to them got an email within 2 days to say they had received my phone and a payment confirmation 3 days later at the price they stated which was more than any others offered me.

Top service would not hesitate to use them again.
