Unfortunately it didn't come, after awhile had to refer to the BACS option. Very disappointed.

This is a brilliant site. It offered the best price for my mobile, the instructions were really simple to follow, the postage and packing was made easy with a pre-paid bag, and the payment was in my account within days. I also received e-mails letting me know that my phone had been received, and when to expect payment etc. I will definitely look at using this site again in the future.

I went with topdollarmobile because they offered the top price but i sent my phone away a week ago now and ive still not had any confirmation of when im going to get paid, i wish i went with mazuma now because they offered a little less but ive used them in the past and they have been soooo much quicker. i emailed them today and they just said it takes 5 days to quality control check, i only sold this phone because i really needed the money and i found the response to my email to be blunt with no care about my situation.

They offered the best price for my old phone, and the reply paid envelope arrived the next day. However it took a week from them confirming receipt of my phone to the money being sent for payment.

OMG I've just sent me old mobile off to pastures new and got paid for the pleasure... All dead easy - got an envelope - put in me mobi - took it to post office - few days later - got me money!! Brill.... :o)

Top dollar gave me a very good price for my iPhone 4 - they emailed me and kept me updated at each stage. From them receiving my phone it took only 3 days for me to receive payment even though there was a genuine query. I would definately recommend them if upgrading your phone as the price you get more than covers the price of a new handset.

I have only used Top Dollar Mobile once but would highly recommend them. The website is easy to use with the whole selling procedure executed flawlessly with payment into my bank within the quoted 5 working days. I would not hesitate to deal again.

This website gives you the BEST price for your mobile and is the quickest payer I have ever come across barely a week for cheque to arrive and probably quicker if paid straight into bank. In my experience other Companies have taken up to three weeks, even longer to pay up. Use them!

I had some bad experience before with some dodgy on-line buyers before.
They either delayed payments, or claimed phones damaged during shipment, or pretended not receiving the units at all. I had to send every unit by special delivery, and track every IMEI, which pushed my overall cost much higher.


But Topdolloarmobile are totally different compared to these bad eggs. In fact, they are by far the best buyer I've ever seen. Very smooth transaction.
