User friendly. Efficent and speedy

First rate service. It was quick and easy with no problems. They sent envelope for phones, I packed them and sent them back. Once received money was sent within five days having checked phones. Can't grumble, excellent and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Their offer for my old phone was exceptional,i expected them upon receipt of phone to say the item was not up to standard and lower their offer, but they remained true to their word. Their service as far as i am concerned is second to none.

Simple, easy to understand and efficient

I was a bit hesitant to use a recycling service for my mobile phone but thought what the heck.. the only other option was to store yet again another mobile phone at the back of the wardrobe!
How wrong I was. Topdollarmobile was brilliant. The prepaid envelope came next day, I packaged the phone, sealed the envelope, took it to the post office and within a few days money in the bank! couldn't be easier.

This was the company offering the best price for my mobile, which was in perfect condition - twice that of some other companies. Despite some concerns that the price might be reduced once the company had received my mobile, this did not happen and I received the sum that I had been offered. The whole process was efficient and simple, and I was kept fully informed of progress together with free postage and tracking. I would definitely use this company again.

Excellent company. You're informed of your order's progress all along the way - from when they receive it until when they've sent payment.
