Just got back from our holiday in Sorrento. Our 6th holiday booked through Topflight. They really know how to look after their customers. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will definitely be using Topflight for our next holiday.

I recently spent a week at Sporthotel Austria and had an excellent stay. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, always ensuring that everything was perfect. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety available for both breakfast and dinner. The servers were kind and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel’s location is ideal – very close to the cable cars and just a short walk to the church square.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Sporthotel Austria to anyone visiting the area. I would love to return in the future.

We received absolutely no help in Dublin Airport during the cyber attack chaos which resulted in us missing our flight due to lack of communication between us, Topflight, Aer Lingus and DAA.
Despite there being a Topflight rep Siobhan in the airport, apparently assisting passengers with check in, we were never informed or contacted by anyone or assisted in anyway or given an emergency weekend/outside office hours contact number. Siobhan knew we had missed our flight and yet decided to go home and leave us stranded and stressed. We had to call our rep Simon in Austria to help us, which he did, thankfully.
We missed two days of our trip and despite being unable to avail of accommodation, meals, tour etc. that we paid for, Topflight are unwilling to compensate us. They believe because they arranged flights and transfers the next day we should be grateful to them and are washing their hands of the whole situation. Tiffany has been no help at all except for replying to my emails with the same generic reply and insisting it's nothing to do with them.
Topflight have no problem speaking to you over the phone when booking a holiday but will not when you have a complaint.
This was our first time booking with Topflight and it wasn't a good experience. I would highly recommend anyone considering booking with them to consider other options because when things go wrong don't expect any help.

Hi I have travelled wth Top flight last year and was very pleased with all the help and how they treated us. The same for this year also. We had great Reps. Lyndsey. Etc. Nothing was a bother for them. Even at the hotel and bustop to keep us up to date with all going on. Arranged an early breakfast on different occasions. Sent us the directions and a map to were our pickup location was. I even seen Lyndsey in the dinning room helping filling out the breakfast food on one occasion that we had an early breakfast. So hat off to that for Top flight staff

I think Topflight might need to rethink their hotel choice in Sardinia as its most definitely not a 4 star hotel and people are having bad experiences. I never checked the review on Trip Advisor gosh was I surprised when I read the reviews - wowser
1. Food was terrible; quality and presentation what hotel serves tinned fruit in a Mediterranean country for breakfast and it was always cold. The staff clearly weren't training in hotel hospitality.
2. Dining room staff attitude was a lot to be desired clearing no training
3. Reception staff only for Teresa and Camila the others just chewed gum and looked at you with no solution. As I had a complained with the noise in my room and hadn't slept in 3 days. Email Topflight and at 03:18am with no response still.
4. Marianne is an asset to your company as she was a one woman show and was amazing. She made the holiday special and it was such a pity as the country is so beautiful. I will return but not with Topflight

1. Wine tasting - explanation and expertise absent.
2, more time in Maddelena - to see Garibaldi museum, and maybe one beach.
3. The unscheduled Arzechena trip was greatly appreciated.
4. Hotel room and facilities excellent/ food adequate.
5. The guide was excellent.

We requested a room with a balcony and paid an extra €200 for it ..when we got to the hotel practically every room had a balcony..feel we were ripped off a bit with that. Also the wall of the balcony was so high that if you actually sat down that's all you were looking at! The food was shocking both breakfast and dinner and we ended up eating elsewhere most evenings along with the majority of other guests in the group. The one redeeming thing about the trip was our guide Marianne and the trips we did which were excellent. I do realise that there's a difference between hotels in Italy and Ireland but topflight really should do better and should maybe consider packages that are on a B&B basis rather than half board. Wouldn't recommend booking with topflight again as that's twice we have travelled with them and on both occasions the food in the hotel has been an issue

We liked the room and it had a very good shower but I’m afraid it was all downhill from there very poor selection of food for both breakfast and dinner never any fresh fruit or no selection of eggs only some stale scrambled eggs and only one vegetable at dinner , the bar never seemed to be open only for a couple of hours after dinner and there was loud music and shouting most nights from the bar across the street which kept us awake , also no facilities like a gym or coffee shop and no toilet out at the pool area so overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially to an older age group as the noise at night was appalling and I don’t consider it a 4* hotel

Great organisation in resort. Hotel was very good with great views. Sorrento is busy but manageable if you are patient in terms of sight seeing and navigating by car/bus.

We booked our escorted tour to Sorrento with Topflight and we were delighted that we did. The service from start to finish was excellent. From the girls in the office to the local rep., all of our needs were met to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the hotel Bristol was absolutely fabulous. The staff were so nice and very helpful. The restaurant manager, Luca, looked after my dietary needs with no fuss which was a great relief. So all around an excellent experience.

The lack of boarding passes in advance of departure caused a huge amount of stress in Dublin airport when it was hit by a cyber attack. If we had received our boarding passes in advance or if we had been provided with the relevant information to enable us to download them ourselves all this stress could have been avoided. I would strongly recommend that Topflight should look into this going forward.

Resort managers ...all very helpful with extra information given while travelling to Resort. Information talk and walk about really good.
Hotel Astoria, while not luxurious, was so central. Clean and functional with wide buffet breakfast selection.
I would suggest use of toilet on coaches would be helpful . I noted theprofile on
our trip was older. One lady needed to stop coach to use a bathroom and it
was very difficult for driver to pull in at appropriate place. Very embarrassing for her.

It was a wonderful experience. The guides were very knowledgeable. I would definitely book with topflight again. Everything was smooth coaches there at the appropriate time no delays or mishaps.

We had an amazing holiday. The group was fantastic, Fritz our guide brilliant. The hotel was great. The trips were great. Just one small critique, Dublin airport was bedlam. It would have been great if we were booked in prior to arrival at airport and had our boarding passes. Any hope of holidays from Cork or Shannon airports, it is an added expense for us to get to Dublin and back.

Stayed at the Baja Hotel in Cannigione, Sardinia recently on a Topflight guided tour. The tours and Marieanne, our tour representative, were fantastic. Amazing trips. The hotel totally let the trip down badly. It is like a 2 star hotel in Ireland. I was in a single room and it’s the first time I ever got a tiny room with a tiny single bed in all my years travelling. The room was clean and bathroom was adequate. The safe and fridge didn’t work and were supposed to be looked at but never were. There was no atmosphere in the hotel at all. Hard leather benches and no comfortable seating to relax in the evening in the so call “bar area”, part of the reception!! The food for breakfast and dinner was appalling. Raw streaky rashers, chopped up Frankfurters and overdone scrambled eggs was basically the only hot food for breakfast. There had a bit of fruit and some small danish pastries, which kept me going for the week. The dinners were fairly bad too. Ended up eating elsewhere most nights, as did a lot of the other guests on the tour. It was an ongoing joke amongst us all.
Talking to other guest confirmed to me that Topflight do not pick great hotels for their guided tours but they said that this was the worst one so far. Such a pity, as the rest of the holiday was great. Met great friends on this holiday and all 9 said they probably wouldn’t use Topflight again. Topflight, you need to up your game on the accommodation and food.

Excellently guided tour, hotel was very clean and food terrific..some people had travelled through the night to get the early morning flight, so if the rooms were made available before 3pm it would have been appreciated.
