Mundane at best.

Hotel was basic with no music in bar lounge,reception or pool. It was like a morgue. No food during the day. Breakfast and dinner were truly grim. Paid a couple of hundred euro upgrade for a balcony room. The worst balcony ever. Sit down and enjoy the wall 2 feet in front of you. Really really poor. Door to balcony wouldn't open fully because the bed was in the way. Captive audience with tour groups so they really don't care and it shows. Loads of potential but can they be arsed is the question.
Bar across the road does great business with guests trying to eat and drink outside of the hotel. Mundane at best.

Good quality hotel with excellent pool

Good quality hotel with excellent pool. Friendly and helpful staff.
Some daily trips were too long. Our resort was very Italian, which we appreciated. Small but good beach . In-resort representative was excellent.

This particular hotel is one of the most reputable 4+ star properties in Sorrento and has been for decades, with many repeat clients returning year after year. The tour itself is also one of our most popular, receiving excellent reviews on a weekly basis.

We do always recommend raising any disappointments while in resort with our resort managers, as they are best placed to assist immediately and resolve issues on the spot.

More choices of food

More choices of food. Food that was served was not to our liking. To much seafood. Little alternative. Tour guide did not seem bothered when I complained to her. First day should be a free day after a long day of travel.

Couldn’t have been better looked after

Couldn’t have been better looked after.
We were not happy with the food in the Bristol. On talking to others , there were others who felt the same. We paid big money to go half board but ended up looking for other places to eat.
Not sure there is anything Topflight can do about that. The staff there were fab and cleanliness was top drawer!

A TOUR THAT KEPT GIVING AND GIVING

The major historical sites were covered in an unhurried way with free time to explore and enjoy sitting in piazzas for refreshments.The two free days offered relaxing by the pool or organising an optional excursion eg. a swim in the Adriatic. The customer service throughout was exceptional from being met at the airport to the excellent service and meals provided by the hotel. The olive, Pasticcioto and Mozzarella visits added extra interest. I would highly recommend this tour.

Zell am see holiday. 7th September-14 th September.

We were looked after impeccably from the moment we landed. Everything went smoothly on the excursions. The quality of the food was excellent and our dealings with resort rep and guides gave us no cause for concern. Overall a truly memorable experience.

Accommodation left a lot to be desired…

Accommodation left a lot to be desired very basic, there was no support for a man who had his wallet stolen, I WENT WITH HIM TO THE POLICE STATION TO REPORT THE LOSS AND THERE WAS A LANGUAGE BARRIER, WHY WAS THERE A LACK OF SUPPORT FOR HIM WHEN HE NEEDED IT, IT ROCKED HIS CONFIDENCE AND HE DID NOT PARTAKE IN ANY FURTHER EXCURSIONS WITH US, NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I’ve visited this property myself and really liked the modern touches and location, but of course we know everyone’s experience is different. We wish we’d known how you felt at the time, as our team would always do their best to help with any issues in the resort, particularly around your room.

We’re also very sorry that you felt unsupported in the resort, especially on the day of the incident. That’s never the experience we want our guests to have. You’re right – with our guides off that day, the level of assistance wasn’t where it should have been and we completely understand how frustrating that must have felt. We’re already reviewing how we cover these situations in the future so that no matter what comes up, there’s always support on hand.

A true Puglian experience

A very busy and very enjoyable itinerary guided by our rep Stephano who always ensured that every day was planned, carried through and enjoyed by all. We visited towns, enjoyed the countryside and learnt about the culture and food. Hotel, although in the countryside was central to all the towns we visited and the staff were very welcoming and efficient. The food was more than adequate but could do with a bit more variety, especially some veg with main course!! The fabric of the building has been greatly enhanced but it’s still a work in progress.
A wonderful holiday which I’d thoroughly recommend
