Easy website to navigate everything went through very smoothly

from the moment we stepped off the plane to when we got back on for home, Topflight resort team looked after us so well. Would highly recommend travelling with Topflight.

We had a really good holiday from start to finish.
It was the perfect balance of excursions and free time.
Resort managers Linsdey, Wendy and Lorna looked after us all very well, getting us where we needed to be efficiently and pleasantly. They were quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp also.

Tour guides Cynthia and Fabbi were excellent and very entertaining, at all times they were working hard to ensure we all enjoyed ourselves , keeping everything on schedule and safe.

Great holiday from start to finish. Resort managers were extremely knowledgable about the area and on hand day and night to help. The first day familiarity tour was a great idea and helped us get our bearings very quickly. Some of the tips on where to eat were very good. Excursions were excellent and very well organised with great guides. Felt like a company where its customers were placed first. Couldn’t fault any of it.

Our holiday experience was top class, from the airport transfer to the fabulous hotel and staff. Our Topflight representative was excellent as were the tour guides and expert bus drivers. All in all a very memorable holiday.

Topflight made our trip easy. We didn't have to worry about the transfer to our hotel. They furnished us with lots of advice about the locality and were available to contact for advise if needed. Their communication was excellent.

The dislike would have to be the hotel it was a beautiful hotel friendly staff and very clean but unfortunately it was let down badly with the food and the idea of staying at a beautiful place and surrounding to be told you could not sit outside in the mornings for breakfast was ludicrous it was a real letdown for us. The best was our host Mario he went over and above he was a brilliant guide also the bus driver was great.

Best holiday I think we have ever been on everything was perfect can’t wait for next year I don’t know how you can improve on it but you are the experts

The support and security of having the resort managers on hand was really appreciated and helped make the holiday experience stress free.
The resort managers responded immediately to any questions via WhatsApp and were always friendly and efficient.

Very good hotel in Mayrhofen, well located with good food.
Trips good, although lacking local guides at the venues.

We were so well looked after from beginning to end. Simon met us at Munich and kept in touch all week - so knowledgable about the area. Max - our guide on the 3 day trips was excellent. So friendly and full of local knowledge. Overall a superb trip to Austria, would def book with Topflight again.

Nice hotel but needs modernisation - no fridge in room and no air-con.
Trip to Grossglockner was mostly spent looking around a couple of museums .

Everything from start to finish was fantastic well done Topflight and being an Irish company was very important to us we would not have booked with anyone else the team on the ground were amazing they really know their stuff thank you guys

Everything was perfect from start to finish. I’d never booked with Topflight previously and will definitely use them again in the future, The 3 resort managers were very professional and helpful too.

Wendy and everyone were so friendly and helpful.The accomodation was excellent with the most amazing views.Just a perfect and relaxing week.

We had never been on an escorted holiday previously, but Topflight gave us an amazing break. We appreciated their rep being at the outbound airport, and being by our side the whole way from arrival in the holiday destination, during the seven days, and until we got through bag drop on our way back. We loved the itinerary - well paced, memorable, and varied, but with adequate downtime to "do our own thing" as we wanted. The hotel was fantastic too. The Topflight staff were great at all time - for us they delivered the holiday of a lifetime!!

I recently returned from the Andrea Bocelli trip with Topflight and it was the trip of a lifetime ❤️. From start to finish the service was amazing . The Hotel Croce di Malta was wonderful, so comfortable and luxurious. Our tour guide Silvia Mariano was phenomenal, she couldn’t do enough for us. The care and attention she put into everything and the way she looked after us, nothing was too much trouble for her, Silvia thank you from the bottom of my heart for an unforgettable experience 🇮🇹
The tours and the people I met were fantastic, but the scenery and beauty of Tuscany really win my heart . I was dubious about going on an escorted tour but now I can’t wait to go on the next one… in fact I’m looking them up now for next year .

The local guide Sylvia was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable about the areas that we visited and was able to impart it in a light and interesting way. She set the pace to suit the group and never rushed us along. She was fully involved in all aspects of our trip to ensure everyone had a great experience. The hotel we stayed in, in Montecatini Therme Hotel Sante Croce di Malta was also excellent. Staff, especially the housekeeping staff were so obliging. Food there was good, we had our two group dinners there, but we ate out a lot as it was very centrally located Pool area was small but was never too busy and towels were provided. Highly recommended

This holiday was probably a once in a lifetime experience for most people. Whilst the week in Tuscany was up to the usual "Topflight" standard the highlight was without doubt the Bocelli concert on Saturday night. This was a magical night beyond being capable of a verbal description-it must be experienced even if one is not a Bocelli fan. As usual the elements controlled by Topflight were carried out with professionalism and efficiency and were beyond any criticism. Based on my wide experience of travel I with not hesitate in voting Topflight as number one tout operator in Ireland.
